Shop, supermarket 500 m, bus stop 350 m, grass beach "Dervio" 350 m. Surf school, children's playground 350 m. Nearby attractions: Torre di Orezia, Corenno Plinio, Orrido di Bellano. The house was practical for us 12 people (8 adults and 4 children). Massimo was helpful in all open questions. The big garden was perfect. Even three parked cars didn't bother us. Proximity to the lake and shopping were very convenient. Very nice excursio

In itself a nice house with lots of space. Therefore also very good for dogs. Unfortunately the mattresses are totally worn out. Absolutely not recommended for people with back problems. Please replace mattresses urgently.!!!!! Otherwise really a nice pla
