Ulasan naked Castle Resort

My daughter and I stayed at naked Castle for 2 nights and found it to be a phenomenal getaway with outstanding service, incomparable views, and thoroughly enjoyable amenities. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a Cliffside Suite, which I would absolutely book again on a return trip. The space was full inviting and peaceful with plenty of room to spread out and a glorious view of the mountains. I enjoyed the heated infinity pool every morning and we participated in Pottery Painting, one of many complimentary activities available each day. Breakfast and dinner at the naked Bite were delicious and the wait staff were attentive and accommodating. Our package included a portrait session around the castle, which I *highly* recommend taking advantage of…the photos are just beautiful! Overall our stay was peaceful, relaxing and restorative…exactly what we had hoped for.

Came to the Naked Castle Resort for a weekend getaway from Shanghai and it was simply amazing! The views alone are worth a day trip, but the wonderful staff, beautiful design and quiet luxury invite you to stay for a couple of nights. Be sure to treat yourself to one of the activities organised by the hotel and a visit to the spa. Through the great help of the reception desk (Crystal) the hotel felt like home for the weekend. Looking forward to return!

The view from the cliffside room was fantastic. The room was very clean, has a lot of space and high ceilings. The location is perfect - has a shortcut to Moganshan park by stairs. The breakfasts had variety of local and European dishes and were different for the two nights we stayed. The staff is very friendly and it feels that they care about you. Also the staff speaks good English what is rare in China. It was also very convenient to use the hotel mini app and chat via WeChat on all kinds of requests anytime. Will definitely recomend this hotel to my friends.

Wonderful experience, the staff and facilities were amazing. We went here as part of our honeymoon and it was great from start to finish. Happy to recommend!

Our stay at Naked Castle Resort was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality that made us feel instantly at home. The hotel itself is extraordinary, beautifully designed with unique rooms that blend luxury, comfort, and nature perfectly. Every detail feels thoughtfully curated, even down to the wonderfully fragrant bath amenities that left a lasting impression on us. What made the experience even more special was the incredible team. The reception staff were consistently friendly and attentive. Nadia from the restaurant was especially communicative, informative, and always eager to help with recommendations and assistance. Willa was equally warm and professional, making every interaction pleasant and memorable. Manager Lily stood out with her quick responsiveness, kindness, and excellent leadership that could clearly be felt throughout the resort. We also truly appreciated the buggy driver who served shuttle service around the property, helpful, and ready to assist, adding another layer of comfort to our stay. Unfortunately, it rained during our arrival, which was a little disappointing because we had hoped to explore more of the beautiful surroundings and outdoor experiences the resort has to offer. Even so, the cozy atmosphere and outstanding hospitality still made our stay incredibly enjoyable. Naked Castle is not just a hotel, but an experience filled with beautiful surroundings, thoughtful details, and heartfelt service. We left with wonderful memories and would gladly return again in the future.

Naked Castle was a great place for a quiet weekend retreat. The staff were all so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed the food and the room was splendid. We were lucky to get a free upgrade to a room with a fabulous view and huge bath. We had dinner in the Chinese restaurant in the castle which was delicious. The only small downside for us, as Western visitors, was the small cellar bar. The cocktails were good but there was no view or fun atmosphere. This did not detract from a great night away.

Lovely stay, we received a nice room upgrade and the suite was beautiful. Also, the staff, especially Nadia were super welcoming and helpful. Would love to come back again!

I’ve been going to Moganshan for over 10 years and the Naked properties continue to lead the luxury segment here. There have been a number of new resorts in the past few years and some of them are quite good. However, I still find myself back at Naked Castle when I have time for a getaway with my dogs. The service level is still the best in the business, particularly the proactive suggestions and follow up by the staff and hosts (shout out to Crystal, who always remembers my dogs). The resort has just the right amount of privacy and seclusion without being remote, just the right size (large enough to offer a full breath of amenities and activities without feeling too large or overcrowded), and just the right amount of uniqueness to differentiate the experience (the castle has been imitated but not duplicated).

Beautiful property in an incredible setting. The surrounding scenery is still magical and gives the place a very special atmosphere. The design and history make it truly unique. Service was efficient and seamless, although at times it felt a little too polished and could use more genuine human warmth. Overall, a memorable experience and definitely worth visiting.

Nestled amidst the lush bamboo forests of Moganshan, Naked Castle Resort offers more than just breathtaking cliffside views; it provides a masterclass in exceptional hospitality. From the moment of arrival, the resort's dedicated butler, Ms Chan Li, take the reins, ensuring a seamless and worry-free stay. Whether it is coordinating shuttle services, or booking best seating places at restaurants, thoughtfully recommending activities for family, her proactive and attentive care makes us feel truly cherished. Beyond the luxurious accommodations, it is the genuine warmth and swift responsiveness of the team that elevate the resort above the rest.

We love the Naked properties, the service is amazing! The staff is super friendly & goes out of their way to always make our stay memorable. Nadia, the F&B manager organized special vegetarian burger for my daughter even when the dish was taken off the menu. Kevin, Joshua, were very helpful! Lily the new head of Naked Castle ensured we had a smooth experience through and through! We will be back soon!

We had a lovely stay at Naked Castle. The resort and view are incredible. They were very welcoming of our two little dogs and were very thoughtful about creating an environment that felt safe for people who are not comfortable with pets and for those who bring their pets.

The Naked Castle Hotel offers a truly unique experience far removed from the city hustle. This is the ultimate "out of the city" vacation. The highlight of our stay was hands-down the majestic scenery. We were treated to the best view of the sunrise imaginable, and enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a view every morning—a truly serene way to start the day. The service staff was friendly and incredibly helpful, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed the activities on site and appreciated the convenience of the free shuttle service to visit their sister resort. If you're seeking tranquility, spectacular views, and a memorable luxury getaway, the Naked Castle Hotel is highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience at the Naked Castle resort. The views are breathtaking, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the entire property feels like a perfect escape from the noise of the city. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every part of the resort feels carefully thought out and well maintained. A special shout-out to Alice Ma at Naked Bites — she was genuinely one of the highlights of the trip. Her service was warm, attentive, and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and her friendly energy really made the dining experience special. She is an absolute star and a credit to the resort.
