The room is super nice, with the best view in the whole Yubeng. The boss is also a man full of stories. We sat around the stove to make tea and chat, and talked about life. The details of the hotel are so good, with all kinds of small gift bags, which are really thoughtful. You can eat in the famous hostel, and the canteen has everything, and you can borrow hiking poles and crampons

The Inn is located at the top of the upper Yubeng village. The good point is that you can have a very good unblock view. The downside for now is that you need to climb up from the lower Yubeng or call a car to send you up. But this will not be an issue after the authority completes road construction from Xidang village. The Inn has its own resturant. My wife and I enjoy the food they serve. It's really one of the better ones in the village. Part of the Inn is still under construction. It will become nicer after they complete it. The room price is on a higher end but we enjoyed our stay.

Very satisfied! The room is very clean! Very cost-effective! The boss is very enthusiastic and keeps giving advice to friends who come to Yubeng for the first time. He lent us a hiking pole and patiently helped us find the way. In the end, he was very responsible and arranged for someone to send our leftovers to Lijiang. 10 points! The first choice for hikers to Yubeng!

The hotel is well decorated and has good sanitary conditions. Although the rooms on the first floor are blocked by the White Pagoda, the snow-capped mountains and the White Pagoda are very beautiful. In the morning, I went to the rooftop terrace to watch the golden mountain in the sun. It was very pleasant with few people.

The front desk lady upgraded the Muyun King Room and added an extra bed. The view of the snow-capped mountains was amazing👍 Afternoon tea for two: There were snacks and welcome fruits. I was so lucky that I saw the Rizhao Jinshan Mountain⛰️ Good night sweet soup, and there was also a documentary activity of [Kawagbo] at night. The atmosphere was super good👍 A very good accommodation experience, not afraid of altitude sickness, an oxygenator was added✔️ Sour soup beef was great😎

Yourland Hotel is run and operated by a very hard working lady who essentially does everything herself - from welcoming guests, cooking breakfast, cleaning the rooms and washing the bed sheets & laundry. The rooms are very clean and neatly organised, it has all the comforts that any hiker should need in such a remote location that is high up in the mountains (e.g. electric blankets, warm showers, etc.) Please do note that the warm water does need sometime to reheat especially if another guest takes a shower right away after the first guest. It will not be sufficient time for the water heating machine to heat the water. You should take note of the number that is displayed on the water heater. By default in our room, it showed the number of 44 and after the first guest took the shower, it went down to 19. If someone takes a shower right away at that moment, it will be cold so the next person should wait a bit until the number displayed moves up. The views in the morning are amazing as you can see the mountain ranges on three different sides so you get a very good panoramic view from the terrace of the hotel. After a long day of hiking, our moods were lightened up when we were welcomed by the friendly and playful Labrador Retriever whose name is Dou Dou. Such a lovely dog ＜3. I would recommend you to stay here if you are looking for a place to stay in Upper Yubeng, it's good base for your planned hikes to the Glacier Lake and Nise Ranch. The place might be a bit difficult to locate if you arrive in Yubeng late at night (like we did since we walked all the way from Ninong, which was really tiring), but once you get the gist of it, it's very easy to remember and locate.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is perfectly situated in town, offering breathtaking views right from our room (for sunset and sunrise see photos). The location alone makes it a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy the natural beauty of the area. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The owner even parked our car right in front of the hotel. Even though we don’t speak Chinese, communication was smooth thanks to a translation app. Their hospitality truly stood out, and we appreciated their warm and accommodating attitude. The only downside was that our room was quite cold until the heating started working in the evening. Overall, despite this small issue, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a scenic and welcoming place to stay in the Meili Snow Mountains!
