Only 2 good things about this hotel: service and breakfast spread - these are 5 stars! 👍 The rest are not up to expectations. 1. Location is far from town and airport. 2. Amenities are very old. A lot of things are spoiled and yet not replaced or repaired. 3. Because everything is old and dated, they look dirty too. Bedsheets are full of stains! 4. Water pressure of shower is very low. Take a long time to bathe. I booked here just because the event I was going to was hosted in this hotel. Glad that I didn’t extend my stay after the event. I am sorry but I won’t recommend this hotel.

Clean n comfy rooms. Great response to my friend who uses a wheelchair. Hotel fully wheelchair friendly. Amazing breakfast. Delicious. All staff friendly helpful n polite. Highly recommend to all visitors.

My 2nd time checked in here, love much on hotel environment super cozy for couples or small family blend on 360 natures and Jogja arts, suitable for anyone look up for staycation from city/work life with morning view Merapi Mountain and huge pools with “Bali” style. Non-toddler friendly as kids jungle park and treehouse dedicated for kids 4y/o - 12 y/o

It was a good experience. The hotel is Majestic and Beautiful. The location is good although walking out from the hotel to the main road is quite a challenge, going up and down slopes. The staff are welcoming. Food at its Restaurants are excellent. Service is good and the waiters are well mannered. Getting around is also easy with Gojek or Grab. We love it.

Old but still Good, just the amenities not suit for 5 star hotel, this amenities like 1 star Hotel or even Worse.

Wonderful hotel in an out of town location. Not a hotel to stay in if you have mobility issues as the entrance is up a very grand staircase to reception. Check in was efficient and friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable. The small balcony overlooking a garden is pretty and quiet. We even had 2 visitors of the feathered kind sit on the balcony with us, which was nice! We visited during a national holiday, so the hotel was packed, and the breakfast room was very, very busy, making for a slightly noisy, unrelaxed experience, but the view of Merapi helped!! The Indian restaurant onsite was excellent and delicious! We didn't have time to enjoy the spa or pools, but they both looked very inviting and were well used by other guests. Overall, a great hotel and recommend it for a relaxing stay.

A very beautiful and comfortable hotel with great service. However, I wouldn’t recommend getting a room on the ground floor with access to the lagoon. There were loud children playing in front of the door early every morning and an elderly couple using my balcony when I woke up and opened the curtain…they waved. Get a room on a higher floor and I’m sure it will be great.

Excellent hotel. There is a jacuzzi in the middle of the pool, that's a plus, but there is one thing that needs to be improved, the water is not clear and a bit smelly.

Very old hotel. Everything is old. Had an aircon short circuit and blackout for some time before it was solved. Should provide another room instead then letting a customer wait for sol long.
