DoubleTree by Hilton Hotels in Denver

My husband and I spent a couple days here and were pretty satisfied with it. The room was clean and nice. And the bed was very comfortable!! Location was great as well. They charge a daily fee of $35 for parking but there are plenty of other parking garages close for way less. They have a 24 hour self service spot where you can buy snacks and drinks which was helpful. The elevator was extremely slow and a part of our floor was under construction. Also, the pool water was way too warm. It may be listed on their website as heated but I was not prepared. It was 98 degrees outside and we couldn’t even sit in the pool. The biggest complaint was the service. I asked one of the front desk gentlemen if we could bring drinks up to the rooftop pool or if there was bar service and he had no idea. His response was “I think you can?” When we got up to the pool and tried to call to order food and drinks they told me we had to come down and order it from the bar and pick it up from the bar. Which is fine but at the pool area they literally had a phone, next to a menu, and a sign that said use this phone to order food?? They also only have breakfast and dinner hours listed but when I asked if they do lunch too she wasn’t sure and put me on hold to check. It was just a little misleading. Like how do you not know if you serve lunch too? The only awesome service we had was the bartender we had for lunch and drinks. He was knowledgeable and quick to take care of us. Overall 4/5 hotel stay. We would probably come back since the bed was comfy and the room was nice and spacious.

Great place to stay in Denver! The rooms are unique and have amazing amenities in them! Location is also great. Minutes from downtown and other popping areas! Will return for sure!

Such a cool hotel. I’ve stayed here multiple times and you can’t beat the convenience of having checkin and baggage claim just steps away. This close proximity to the terminal allows you to maximize sleep before an early flight and helps remove any anxiety and stress from early morning departures.

Great location to DIA. Least expensive for the least amount of time spent in hotel. Basically just there to take early morning flight. Workout room seemed a little neglected but for the most part good. Something wrong with the treadmill while running onto it. Coffee could be better. Staff was helpful. Cards to room didn’t work several times but they said I kept erasing the strip somehow. Helped me get my steps for the day going back and forth. Haha. All and all a good hotel for the need!

Great location near airport. They picked us up and took us back with their shuttle. Friendly helpful staff.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Beautiful lobby. Nice rooms. I didn’t notice the traffic on the street below but some of our traveling companions noted that the noise kept them awake.
