My Husband and I really enjoyed are stay. It was nice and quite. The beds and pillows we're very comfortable. Andy and Crystal we're very sweet and friendly. We will go back and stay again soon.

There are people that live in this hotel. They should advise u on that on their website Hanging out in hall and doors. Smell food being cooked ex fish. Only one washer working 2 dryers but did not dry. After spending 10$

Management failed to communicate to us that they shut off the water, due to a broken pipe. Inconvenience to finish my shower. Management would not compensate or discount our stay.

Staff is helpful and friendly. Stayed many times and never had a problem with room or staff. Would recommend to family and friends. Nothing fancy but clean and exactly what we needed.

Since my reservation was paid in full before my arrival, I was not happy about still having to leave a $75 deposit with my credit card. It was explained I would see the refund the next day. At check-out, when I requested a receipt, I was told it would take about 3 days. Unacceptable! I will think twice before staying at Microtel in the future.
