El complejo está muy bien. La zona de las piscinas da muy buen ambiente. De la zona de spa, solo estaba abierta la piscina climatizada.

We decided to head off for a couple of days with friends. Stayed here for one night. Rooms are clean. Well suited to self catering stays with fridge, cooker etc all in the apartment. Staff very nice. Only complaint is price in the bar. No where near what I’d call Spanish prices. €50 for 4 drinks… over €11 for a Larios gin and tonic.

Overall condition of this hotel is worrysome, lack of maintenance is evident and outdated rooms give sense of careless and the rating is not concurrent with the reality. At least the staff is friendly but unfortunately property is in bad condition.

We stayed at this hotel as a base for a wedding we were attending. The hotel itself was not too bad. They were like mini studios, bedroom small lounge and kitchen. I was wondering if once upon a time they were time share apartments Breakfast was excellent. The staff were all very good and were very helpful. It was also well located not too far but far enough from the main town. The disappointment side was we could not use the pool. Not sure if it was a case it was not the season yet because it was May but it was certainly very hot weather. A few days before arriving we sent a message to ask if they provided towels for the pool they said no you can buy a towel from our shop. So obviously we took our own. What they could have mentioned was that the pool was closed. This was one of the reasons we picked this hotel the swimming pool looked beautiful in the pictures. The TV in the lounge did not work, we reported it the first day. The next morning someone came to look at it and yes he said it was broken. We never saw him again. It was not the end of the world. The WIFI you have to pay a daily fee for it. The could side they lets us have it for free. Most hotels it is standard free WIFI. Would I come here again. Not sure but it has not put me off.

Arrived on Sunday, no cleaners until following Friday . Had to catch the cleaners in the store room for toilet rolls and clean towels. Did not use the pool until the last day. Even then floating polystyrene in the pool and generally not clean.Sunbeds dirty. Could not sleep on the last 2to 3 nights because of young children back and forth rooms banging doors. On the positive the staff were nice, but the place didnt seem run properly. Breakfast was good too.

Very tired apartment, broken safe, fridge door hanging off, horribly smelly shower room drains. Halfway through our week a party of approx 60 school children was installed in our apartment block. The children did what 10/11 year old children do on holiday i.e. were excited, noisy, running around, not sleeping much. I am NOT criticising the children but when we asked the resort manager to be moved to a quieter room he refused and told us to go away and put up with it. He told us that if we were not prepared to put up with 60 children surrounding our accommodation we should have gone to an Adults Only hotel.

The whole place is slightly jaded and need of upgrading . Apartments comfortable but again very dreary Stayed 3 nights cleaners never came in to change towels , toilet rolls we bought some or change beds . . The WiFi is not free you have to pay rip off most places are free Hot tub grubby and cold . Positive point nice and quiet

the worst was dirty, mold, fleas, we had to leave and go somewhere also, a really bad place don't go, is not what they said I will try to get my money back, I did also this ealy like 2 months in advance I get there and the person said my room was not ready, a lot of fleas don't go. their asking to add picture, we didn't take because the fleas was impossible to be there and the smell of mold was too much,,
