Tidak apa-apa. Tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman. Kamar mandi kami agak melelahkan. Sarapannya sepenuhnya Cina padahal katanya makanan Cina/Barat.

The location is very convenient for visiting the Temple and domain and for attending the Shaolin Zen Musical Ritual show. The cleanliness is average (but not dirty) and the personnel is very helpful and there is a prompt service (5 minutes between a call to front desk and being delivered the amenities in the room). However, given the price for one night, this is a good choice!

Fabulous staff, very helpful and very friendly. The hotel decor is spectacular, the rooms were very clean, very spacious and very well appointed. Breakfast buffet was delicious with an incredibly large selection. We highly recommend this fantastic hotel

The hotel, rated as a four-star property, lives up to its reputation with a grand, opulent design that blends traditional Chinese aesthetics with modern comforts. The martial arts exhibitions, including a nightly Kung Fu show that outshone the one at Shaolin Temple, were a highlight, immersing guests in the local culture. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed with antique-style furniture, creating a museum-like atmosphere that felt both luxurious and authentic. The vegetarian restaurant offered tasty, culturally significant dishes, though the breakfast buffet lacked Western options and the coffee could use improvement. The location is ideal, just 9 km from Shaolin Temple and close to other attractions like Songyang Academy, making it perfect for exploring Dengfeng’s cultural landmarks. As for the receptionist, Miss 李, she was exceptional. Her warm, friendly demeanor and proactive assistance stood out, as she helped with everything from organizing transportation to answering queries with a smile. Reviews consistently praise the front desk staff, and Miss 李 embodied the hotel’s “customer first” philosophy, making our stay feel personalized and welcoming. Her attentiveness, along with the staff’s overall service, truly enhanced the experience, ensuring we felt cared for throughout our visit. Miss Li's (李 )hospitality is exceptional.

The accommodation experience at Chanwu Hotel was very good. The location is good, the room was clean, tidy and comfortable, the breakfast was rich and varied, and the hotel service staff was warm, thoughtful and meticulous, especially Xiao Zhang and Xiao Sun. Great experience. We booked three rooms and all were upgraded. Everything was clean and the service was great.
