We stayed in this hotel for two nights, while visiting Den Bosch after our Holland America cruise. We booked and had an Apartment 5, which was a two-level room with one and a half bath. I booked larger room, as we had a lot of luggage - coming to Europe from US for almost a three weeks long trip. I am mentioning a lot of luggage for a reason. But a bit later about it :) First - the communication was great, which was very appreciated. We booked through American Airlines hotels, so we weren't completely sure what particular room we booked, I could only guess. So, I contacted the hotel by an email, and got very fast response confirming my guess about what room we booked. The room was very clean, and had everything you would need for a nice - even much longer - stay. It is an apartment type room, so it has a little kitchen with the cookware, plates etc., and all silverware. Thus, you can actually cook your own meals if you want. We stayed for only two nights, so we only made teas and coffees (nice coffee machine and supply of coffee cups and packets of tea are also provided). But we were buying food items in a local supermarket, and made great use of the fridge - great spacious fridge. There are two bathrooms - full bathroom with the shower upstairs - by the bedroom, and half bath downstairs. It's a great feature for a two-level apartment. The bed was very comfortable. And even toiletries in the bathroom and two nice bath robes were provided for us. There were outlets in the bedroom, enough to charge your devices during the night. We paid for the included breakfast, when we came to the hotel. We chose to eat it right in the room. So, every morning we got a tray with boiled eggs, nice selection of pastries, cold cuts plate, yogurts and fruit salads. It was plentiful, very fresh and tasty. Overall - great place to stay, highly recommended. But there is one caveat. If you are disabled or/and have a lot of luggage, you might think twice before choosing this hotel. There is NO easy access to the hotel by a taxi or/and a car, and no elevator in the hotel we could see. The hotel is located in the very heart of the old town - which is very cool! there is a Jumbo Supermarket just up the street on the corner, couple minutes away by feet. A lot of places to eat just around the corner. And all the exciting places in the city are very close too. The Binnendieze tour start point (the canal tour only in Dutch - unfortunately for us - still very cool!) - just couple houses up the street from the hotel. But if you have a lot of luggage - like we had - you have to be prepared to drag it for quite a while by old uneven cobblestone streets. We came to the town by train. And the train station is actually very close to the hotel. Without luggage it is extremely easy access. But when we arrived, we didn't quite figured how to get to the hotel. We were able to get a taxi cab at the railway station. In a way it was nice of the driver to agree to take us at least
