I always choose this hotel when I come to Bursa. The price is a lot more expensive this year, but the service is good. I will continue to choose this hotel.

We were traveling in transit from the Aegean coast to Istanbul airport and stopped for the night. We chose a place near a shopping center to relax and buy something, without having to go into the city. The hotel is not new, but the cleanliness and service are at a decent level. Breakfast is also quite varied, not luxury, but there is a choice. The service is customer-oriented, they respond to requests adequately, they gave us a higher room, as we asked, and they allowed us to check out later for free, since we didn’t have time. The Internet worked without interruptions, including in the room. In general, I strongly recommend it for transit or a business trip, but it’s unlikely to be suitable for vacation, the place is very specific - there’s a highway, a shopping center and an industrial zone around it. And one more big minus - the pool is open from 14.00 to 22.00, there is no opportunity to swim in the morning. This is weird. But in general, the hotel is not bad. Quiet, clean, calm.

Extremely bad communications especially by the receptions. We wanted to order breakfast this morning and they totally get not why we requested. The egg is only one standard. Also the fruit is rotten and the waiter shows her angry face when we send the fruit back with her. Also we requested housekeeping and nobody responded. Plus the English communications were poor and just concerned why nobody speaks English in suck a five star hotel. We complain again but nobody take an action. Disappointed . 👎

I stayed in this hotel in March 2020. Rooms are comfortably designed and furnished and clean, there was a desk and chair in my room, so it is a good choice for professionals like me who carry their remote projects everywhere they go. Breakfast was diverse and hotel staff were very polite.

Pleasantly surprised considering the reviews. Staff very helpful and some spoke English. Room provided was huge -with everything besides the bidet hose not functioning. In all a very good stay. Tramline just outside and shopping and eateries within a 5 minute walk. Would defo return if in Bursa.

The size of the rooms are good with nice furniture. The top floors enable guests to enjoy the city view. Nearby moderate size shopping mall is excellent with all sorts of brands and restaurants. The included breakfast is below average and not recommend. On daily basis, guests need to login the internet with new user ID (the current date). It happened that they forgot to refill the bags of coffee and tea on our next day stay. Reception staffs are friendly and welcoming guests with joys.

Good hotel. All liked it. The hotel has an indoor restaurant where you can buy food. Nearby there is a decent shopping center and shops with restaurants. But to get to the rest you need a taxi. You can pay for the hotel in dollars at the reception. The breakfast is very decent, even varied, the restaurant itself is large.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms were spotless, the staff were attentive, thank you very much for their service. When we come to Bursa again, we know where we will stay. Right next to the hotel, there is Bursa's largest OUTLET SHOPPING MALL, AS OUTLET, and it is nearly 50% cheaper than the shopping stores in other shopping malls. I recommend it to everyone.

Mediocre, mediocre, mediocre. I came from Antalya for a funeral. Reservation by phone. I had it done for 3 adults and 1 baby. When I arrived, they gave me a smoking room where the window didn't even open. We said okay, the other room turned out to be like that again. Afterwards we had to stay in a standard room. I wanted to stay here because the funeral home was close. Of course, since my room was downgraded, I asked about the price difference. They said that the difference between the Executive Room and the Standard Room was 150 TL (they will stay anyway). I specifically wanted to meet Ms. Sumeyyemi Süreyya mi, the sales manager. He did not show up after saying that he was at the meeting. They did not want to meet afterward. When I went to the funeral, my wife and my mother wanted to have breakfast (for a fee because it was after 12:00). When I asked for breakfast from the staff. The answer was 'You know that breakfast is 300 TL per person, don't you?' This sentence should have said that in the service sector, you will be charged extra because your breakfast time has passed. This statement offended our guest Mother. He didn't want to eat breakfast because it was too expensive. It's obvious what you dropped. We want to heat food for our baby at night, but when we turn off the lights in the room, the heater does not work. So there is no electricity. We removed the socket from the back of the TV and got our electricity there. It's 3:00 at night. Tell the reception about this, I didn't even feel the need to tell it because it would take a long time for them to bring it. While checking out, I saw the room prices written on the desk. Thus, we saw that the price difference was not 150 TL. Even though I reported my complaints, no one from the officials who were sipping their tea in the back office took action. By the way, I should have understood the quality of the hotel from the people who appeared when checking in. The one who pays the money calls the bill. Bellboy Nizamettin Bey, one of the employees, and Adem Bey in the HK department were caring and always helpful. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BAIA HOTEL GROUP. NO SERVICE! I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

We came to Bursa from Izmir for business, we saw this hotel closest to the highway exit and made a reservation. Thanks to Baia family for providing a nice and comfortable stay. Hope to see you again. The breakfast buffet could only be better.
