Otelde ilk defa konaklıyoruz ilk gözümüze çarpan Tüm otel çalışanları yardımsever, kibar ve guleryuzlu. Bütün yıldızlar sadece çalışanların emeklerine karşılık olarak verdim. Teknik ekip hariç Otel 32 yıllık ve tüm alanların yenilenmesi gerekli. Bir takım yenilenme çalışmaları yapmaya çalışılmış ancak hiç yeterli değil. Özellikle odalar çok eskimiş. Tv, güvenlik kasası ve klima çok eski. Televizyon ve klima uzaktan kumandalarınin tuşları çok zor algılıyor. Güvenlik kasasında da aynı sorun var. Odada kötü bir koku da bulunuyor. Saç kurutma makinasının kabloları kopmak üzere ve küf icindeydi. Banyo kapısının çerçevesi ve küvet kenarları pas içindeydi. Teknik ekip yeterince ilgili değil sanıyorum. Termal otel konseptinde temizlik ön planda olmalıydı. Yemekler lezzetli ve cesitliydi. Akşam yemeklerinde sadece su servisi var. Çay ve kahve servisi yok. Maalesef bu otelden hoslanmadik bir daha gelir miyiz ?.
