Don't waste your time or money here. It was dirty, small and outdated. Sugar Ants, filthy windows and the property manager wouldn't meet with us. Our front door didn't lock and the floors were filthy. We had to wash our feet before bed. The refrigerator doesn't open fully and the ice maker didn't work on arrival so we bought a bag of ice. The day before Thanksgiving and after we bought Thanksgiving dinner (with zero notice to us), they told us the refrigerator was being replaced because the ice maker didn't work. Our food sat on the counter over an hour while this happened and it turned out the water line for the ice maker was crushed (more poor maintenance) and there was filthy water all over the floor. The housekeeper uses a broom with a towel to mop floors. She was going to come back after the refrigerator was replaced and she didn't. We had to ask the front desk to bring us something to clean the floors with! The windows were so dirty we couldn't see through them and the maintenance man's idea of washing windows was to hose them down - no washing or drying - just hose them down. He did this by the front door and left a puddle in front of our door for 3 days before it dried up on its on and they don't provide indoor mats! It took 3 days to spray for ants and they came back a week later. How do you like ants crawling on you while watching TV? There is no security and the staff never tells you there is no one on site 24/7. Find out your front door doesn't lock 10 days into a 2 week stay with no security on site and they were somewhat aware of that problem! This was the worst two week stay we've ever had. It should not be listed as a Bluegreen Property and it is definitely not a quality place to stay.

I can't wait to return next year! Not only was my ocean view unit spectacular, the service from Nancy, Bee, and Sean is second to none! They made my stay extraordinary! They were courteous, professional, and more than accommodating! I look forward to seeing them again soon!

This place is simple and excellent. Quiet, beautiful, and understated. The beach feels as if it belongs to just you. Great pool area. The staff is super sweet and helpful. This is a great place to stay.

This little resort is a gem! It is small, very clean and quiet - just perfect for a relaxing couples getaway. The beach is very nice and also very quiet - no public parking access so it's just this resort and surrounding condos using it. Area around the resort is very nice - lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Will definitely book here again!

Updated recently. Small resort, free parking. Ocean front. Near very good restaurants. Lots of pool chairs, Outdoor grill. No entertainment or activities. No restaurant on site. On a nice quiet street close to Del Ray beach.

We loved our time here! The condo was small but clean and comfortable. The resort had a nice pool for a dip but the beach we so close and quiet and right out the door! The resort location is fabulous for accessing delicious restaurants, outdoor activities and nature.
