I recently stayed at Emblem Hotel from March 16th to March 17th, and I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the rooms and facilities.
The water quality in the bathroom was unacceptable—on both mornings, the water was pale, with a strong stench, making it impossible to use. This significantly impacted my stay, and I was unable to sleep due to the discomfort. Despite escalating the issue to your team, there was no resolution provided.
I have attached a video showing the poor water quality, which is entirely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that aims to provide a comfortable stay for its guests. I expect a prompt response and an explanation of how such issues are being addressed.
