We stayed here for several nights with our teenage children. The rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable and stylishly furnished with effective air conditioning. The food for breakfast was all home-cooked and delicious, as were the evening meals. One of our children is a vegan and the hosts were happy to cook a range of vegan options for us at short notice. The area of Hauz Khas is fairly quiet and calm but also not so far from more central attractions. It's about a 20 minute walk from a metro station which is a good way to get around. The hosts are kind and friendly and very happy to chat.

Great accomodation, very friendly hosts and a good big room. Food was also vey good. We left at 6 oclock and they arranged breafast for us, thx for that.Good and safe accommodaties. I reccomment this b&b. Locaties is also perfect. Maybe till next time.

Our stay was fantastic. We felt very welcome and could experience the life in a family in India. The meal were delicious, better than in most restaurants! It’s conveniently located in an area with beautiful vegetation. It was also wonderful to learn about the culture, customs and traditions in India.

I stayed at this lovely family run Bed & Breakfast upon arrival in India & despite my 2.00am arrival straight from the airport I received a very warm welcome!! I was going to be solo for the first couple of days in India so I wanted a place to stay that felt homely and in a neighbourhood I felt safe to walk in alone. My room was beautiful & spacious and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was delicious and set me up well for the day - I am gluten intolerant and this was not a problem at all. I also chose to eat dinner in there as I didn’t want to go out alone at night & this was also delicious. Would highly recommend this as a wonderful place to stay!!

The studio is so much nicer than the deluxe twin… more spacious, feels a lot more like an apartment than a hotel room. Lovely terrace accessible from the bedroom and good water pressure in this one. My complaint about stiff bedsheets is valid here too, I think duck feather bedsheets would make the place more cozy.

Stayed here with friends and would not stay here again, much better places to stay in South Delhi. They offer a evening meal which is not worth the money they charge. Room was ok, needs updating. The staff are of dubious character watching every movement you make.

I stayed at Prakash Kutir Bed and Breakfast as a solo traveller for 3 nights at the end of December 2024 and really enjoyed my stay. The room was charming, spacious, and clean. The shower was nice and hot! Having access to a kitchen was a bonus. Good WiFi. The hosts were generous and kind, serving delicious homecooked breakfasts each day, booking taxis to and from the airport when requested, and going out of their way to ensure I was safe and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Situated in the Haus Khaz district, this was the perfect place to end our adventure of India. Sagar and his family are very helpful and friendly. It was a nice change having traditional breakfast with the other guests round the family dining table. We’re sad we didn’t go through with the Old Delhi tour, kindly offered by Sagar, due to the smog and appreciate that we weren’t pressured to go. We still managed to go explore the area following some recommendations from Sagar’s family. The room was clean, tidy and felt like I was visiting my own family which was a nice touch. Even had a big communal kitchen for guests to use (for teas/ coffees etc) and a conscious effort on being environmentally friendly, which was greatly appreciated and worth mentioning.

The Deluxe Twin Room is nice, but I was really cold in there - the rooms don’t have central heating, so a portable heater is provided. It’s not enough though, I was shivering the whole night also because the blankets are w very stiff and don’t adhere to the body well. Water pressure also wasn’t great. The place is clean and there is a kitchenette and a lovely terrace up. One important thing- the gate in the area closes for the night, I’ve had pretty unpleasant experience trying to got to my Uber because of it, so plan ahead if you have early morning departure.
