Worst hotel ever. People were drinking in the reception and cleanliness is also horrible. I would recommend please not to book this hotel.

The experience was pathetic. When i went to check in, they asked to stay in another hotel for one day, which i denied. The staff in the hotel were rude. The door lock which i stayed didn't work. They didn't clean my room for 3 days when asked for reason, then they told me that you didn't inform us for cleaning the room.

Located in a very nice locality. Safe place to stay. Many restaurants nearby. All basic amenities taken care. Clean room and washroom. Draw backs
located in the first floor and no lift. You have to climb stairs with your luggage. Food services are very slow.

The rooms are significantly small considering the price, with no windows which can make it feel suffocating. The bathroom exhaust fan isn't functional, leading to lingering odors. Room doors are made of opaque glass, allowing light to enter at night and revealing movement outside. There's no lift, requiring the use of stairs each time. The front desk provides used/opened bottles for water, charging for them, and dismissing complaints with "mistake ho gaya" (it was a mistake. Guests drink and smoke in the corridor, creating an unsafe atmosphere. The in-house restaurant often serves something different from what was ordered and then charges extra. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. This place is suitable only for bachelors, not for families, couples, or females.

Stayed there for a single night. Speaking about the service. It's really commendable. The staffs working there will try to meet all your requirements during your stay. Suggestions for improvement: soaps/shampoo etc. Quality should be improved. Cleanliness: 5/5 washroom was quite spacious and clean, which is a huge factor for me regarding my stay anywhere. Service (4. 5/5) room interior: (5/5) it looks like newly built. I would like to mention some cons rooms are extremely small. This can be little improvised. Food quality is good but as per my opinion price is little on the higher side, for eg: a cup of green tea (my order - a tea bag dropped in hot water) or any tea would cost you 50, three boiled eggs would cost you 75. As for the two meals, i opted for porridge with milk and another poha each costed 150- each dish (quality and quantity i would rate 5/5. Being a single woman travel-ling solo i can say the place is safe enough to stay alone. Rating 5/5 on that. Overall - it was a good stay. I would like to visit again. Thanks.
