Haut Monde Hill Stream Resort and Spa

I am compelled to formally express my disappointment at the poor service provided to me during my special stay at Haut Monde, Dehradun from 14th May to 15th May, 2025 Swimming pool- There was no water in the pool, though we specifically asked during booking whether the pool was operational or not. 2) Welcome Drink- No welcome drink was offered to guests though it was included in the package. Guests in fact asked for any welcome drink during check-in also, but it was denied. 3) TV Not Recharged- the TV in the guests' room was not recharged and despite several complaints, the issue was not resolved till 4pm. 4) Basic Meal Provided- Though the package consists of all meals, the guests were offered basic meal like Dal, Chawal, subji, ande ki bhurji etc & No one was there to attend to the clients to see if they needed anything else. 5) No proper lighting outside the rooms- There was no proper lighting in the lower part of the resort where I stayed and it was very dark. I was staying with two infants and the resort is not expected to keep its premises empty and dark. 6) Unresponsive staff- Not a single person from the resort was ready to pick up the phone, be it in housekeeping, restaurant or reception. I myself, tried all the phone numbers mentioned on your website (from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm) but got no response 7) No sign of dinner from 8 pm to 9 pm- No one in the resort knew what was in the dinner menu and neither did anyone know when it would be served. Everyone keeps blaming others. Then I dialed 100 and asked for help. After a while, I got a call from the local police chowki. I explained my entire situation to them and my terrible and pathetic condition. Then they told me not to panic. After that some hotel staff came and we finally got chapati and egg bhurji at 9:30 pm. 8) Seeing this condition I decided to check out in the morning without breakfast(which was included in the package) No sign of gypsy during this time- I was so disappointed that I checked out at 7 am without breakfast. Moreover, gypsy was not provided during check-out and we had to call taxi from outside to carry luggage. Very horrible and pathetic situation to face

Very poor and un profession team. special request to hospitality profession to never think about haut monde. they behave like lala company and never give you any profession response just keep tou making fool till the time you will not forget everythings.

Very poor management. Fascilities of staff is deteriorating. They have habit of keeping staff money with them. Account team including Alok raj are very dangerous. Very experts in making people fool. For hospitality Professional please never think of this place for job

Alok and Bhaskar they have not given my salery as well much of too much staff wrost hotel is this not giving the good food to eat .the food they are giving too much old food they are giving many employee they are suffering from food position. They are keeping all staff salery on hold

Account team is very slow hardly care about people urgency. You make hundred call or follow but jyoti hardly care. Not a good place for hospitality professional. Once you join it's very hard to leave they will not give your clearance it's on their Sop
