Bad smell from blanket. Food quality not good. Room rent is very high

Poor hospitality and very costly. We had to carry our luggage upstairs on our own as the waiter refused to do so. Ordered dinner at 8 pm and it was served at 9. 30 pm. The manager told us that the dinner would be ready in half an hour
