Economy Hotel Glenwood

Due to security issues I only stayed 1 hour in this so-called hotel. After checking into room (214) I sat on the bed while my wife took a shower. 30 minutes later a man entered my room, he had in his hands a key to my room and I was shocked, I asked the man how he had access and the man told me that that was the room they gave him at the reception, but he ran down the stairs and he didn't even have a suitcase to prove it was true. Automatically I went down to the receptionist and asked what had happened, how had this happened and the receptionist's response was very simple, according to her it was a minor error and she also said that it would not happen again. I told her that for security reasons I would check out because I was not willing to sleep in a hotel where anyone could enter my room. I requested a refund and it was denied. This hotel kept all my money($188.00) I booked three nights, from April 16th to 19th, and even though they were guilty of allowing a stranger into my room, even though they knew I hadn't even been in the hotel for an hour, they wouldn't refund my money. I don't recommend this hotel, both due to the lack of security and due to their inability to take responsibility for the mistake they made.
