A flat screen smart tv for streaming, cable and Wi-Fi included. The full kitchen is equipped with refrigerator and freezer, stove and microwave. Dishes, cookware, cooking utensils and silverware all provided. Garage parking, community laundry room and security are some of the main features of the building. Enjoy our newly constructed pool. Beach is open with close access to and from. The unit is a non-smoking unit so smoking will have to be outside on the balcony. The complex does not allow pets.
