clean and tidy, but a bit pricey for just simply a bed overnight

Our arrival at this Premier Inn was warm and welcoming, which was much appreciated as we were later than expected. Parking was no problem. The room was lovely and clean, everything worked and even taps shone. We use this Premier Inn regularly and the staff seem to be a great team.

Lovely stay at Nottingham north daybrook premier inn. Karen the receptionist was so helpful, I was able to use the car park before check in (as I was going out without my car for the day) & checked back in at gone midnight with no worries 😊 Karen made sure eveything was as easy as possible, I would definitely stay again

The noise from other guests was terrible. It began around 3.00 am, around 5.30 am I reported it to reception, the noise of banging doors continued intermittently after that. The next morning when I left reception staff had noted my complaint on the log apologised and suggested I might request a refund. We regularly stay in Nottingham and generally at Daybrook (or Chapel Bar). We usually check out early and have your breakfast but slept in as we had a long drive home.

The hotel is a typical premier inn but the staff set it apart from others. I will say all the staff were very helpful and pleasant but one lady stood above the rest. Thank you Sylvia for your help during my stay and also for suggesting a great place to visit and try some exciting and new. Thank you for leading me to some of the best food I have had in years. Thank you for the chats in the evenings.

Avoid this hotel - absolutely disgusting!! Walked into a room full of mould - walls thick with mould / window frames and sills thick with mould…and room stinks…staff even left the window on the latch knowing that there is a serious problem in this room….we were moved to a new room and although no visible mould, this premier inn is disgustingly.

The staff are amazing and have gone the extra mile. Especially a massive thanks to Sharnie, Oscar and Karen on Reception and the amazing Chef Kaci. You all have given us a wonderful stay and looked after us very well. We really appreciate all the little extra touches that have been added for this special occasion. Thank you

The space between rooms is so thin, people above kept me awake the entire night absolutely horrible. can hear the tvs from each room around me and every noise, can hear every person walking down the hallway, won’t ever be staying again absolute nightmare

The bathroom was filthy. The plug hole hasn't been cleaned. Hair from previous guests still in there. The windows were filthy. Rooms weren't cleaned daily and fresh cups and towels were not given. Nowhere to place bag for emptying. And only one chair available in the room so no other place to sit other than the beds. Overall our stay was not a pleasant one and would not recommend staying here
