Palm Wings Beach Resort & Spa Kusadasi- All Inclusive

Stayed in a swim up room which was worth it, room was spacious and clean. Food was great, lots of choice and the snack bar did delicious pizza of a day. Drinks were good, Efes, Baileys and Johnny Walker were our choice.€1 dolmus to go to Kusadasi, but there is also a small market about a 10 minute walk away which we did some shopping at. Would we return, definitely, and a special shout to Dogan at the terrace bar where you got beautiful views of the sea,beach, sunsets ,gonna miss sitting up there with a cold drink, weather was good of a day bit cool of an evening.

Apologies in advance this is a long review! My partner and I stayed at Palm Wings Beach Resort & Spa for 1 week in aid of my birthday 24th April to 01st May- Room 4005. This was our 1st time in Izmir Kușadasi and the experience was incredible! Being a Beachfront Hotel is a bonus boasting of its sandy clean beach with sea views from some of the rooms. We stayed in a swim-up room which was breathtaking, our Housekeeper Sevdiye was marvellous- she cleaned our room daily and replenished our fridge/ mini bar daily with soft drinks and water as well as teas and coffees. Sevdiye also decorated our bed with fresh flowers and she blew our minds on my bday when she decorated our bed with rose petals and drawing a Big heart using the rose petals and other flowers, she also decorated our bathroom sink with rose petals and flowers on my birthday. The food was absolutely delicious and flavoursome; drinks were of good quality -the best of all the inclusive Hotels we have stayed in so far! The A la carte meal was delightful (compliments to the Chef)- we had this on my birthday and our waiter was attentive and friendly; Guest Relations Manager Ms Tules went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable especially on my bday when she arranged a surprise- a delicious bday cake which was yummy. Ms Tuana who works with Ms Tules was excellent- she drew a sketch of mine and my partner’s photo for free- she is very talented and smart. The Bar staff especially Onur are hardworking, humble, spectacular and made us feel at home- Onur is a credit to the Hotel. Our Couple’s Spa experience was overwhelmingly positive and relaxing- we had this my birthday and it was absolutely wonderful- the 2 ladies assigned to us were experienced, skilled, polite and professional; we Highly recommend Spa visit during your stay at Palm Wings Beach Resort & Spa! Overall, we can not fault the whole team of the Hotel staff from Reception, Guest Relations, Security, Housekeeping, Bar and Restaurant staff, Entertainment, Management and Spa staff are all absolutely fabulous! We cannot wait to book our next stay at this Hotel very soon!

From the moment we arrived we were well looked after by the staff and management team. We were given a room to check into as we arrived early hours of the morning. The management team especially Yucel Tulis ensured our stay was comfortable as ever and with a few minor issues which were resolved swiftly she upgraded us to a beautiful spacious sea view room with breathtaking views of the agean coast. The gentleman on front of desk was always happy to help with our hotel cards not working and printing out informarion for our transfers. The staff and management team from the chefs to waiters to front desk were always on hand to help. Thank you to Yucel who also gave us local information about Kusadasi and advised on key places to visit. The food at this resort is just wow and does not dissapoint. Breakfast was fullfilling and the different cuisines made fresh every day from lunch to dinner were the best we ever had at any all inclusive. Which was one of the reasons that swayed me to book this hotel. Snack bar was a delight for those extra hunger pangs as were the drinks and mocktails from.the drinks bar and beach bar. The cute little patissirie with its delacies was also enjoyed throughout the day and every dish prepared in the alacarte was spot on. The hotel itself, our rooms along with the beach and pool area were kept incredibly clean. The spa at this hotel is relaxing and calming the balanese massage was thoroughly enjoyed. The staff,location,food, private beach and the beautiful views.... everything exceeded our expectations. Can not fault anything. First time booked a resort holiday and was hesitant kids wouldnt enjoy but they loved it and I think this has definately changed their views on beach holidays. Thank you to all the staff and management at Palm Wings for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable will definately be back.

From the moment we arrived, palm wings resort exceeded all expectations. The setting is absolutely stunning, nestled right on the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean with a private beach. The picturesque resort was boundless and every corner you turn is another area to explore, all in which were kept immaculate by the friendly staff. Every facility and amenity was 11/10, from the buffet and A La Carte food as part of the ultra all inclusive, to the spa and fitness centre. As a whole, this resort had it all. Our room was elegant, spotless, and offered stunning sea view of the Aegean, from a balcony which the sun used to hit nicely during the day. The room was elegant and clean as we arrived and the room service ensured it stayed spotless throughout our stay. The staff greeted us with warmth and genuine hospitality, to make sure every need was catered for, and on every instance went the extra mile. I must extend my thanks to Tules Hanım who looked after us very well, especially after a few minor inconveniences, which were amended to a degree, such that whatever problems we experienced were dealt with ten times as much help, assistance and good service. Every extra step was taken to ensure our stay was perfect. Every single member staff at the hotel were kind, comforting and embodied the definition of authentic Turkish hospitality. The food was the decider when comparing this resort to others I’ve been to. All inclusive hotels usually provide sub-standard dishes, which become repetitive throughout the stay. Not at Palm Wings, where the buffet had over 20 dishes and a massive variety of desserts, which were different on every day we were there. The cutting edge to the meals was that there was a chefs special every day, ranging from smoked beef to roasted chicken. The hotel delivered restaurant quality food, which was fresh, flavourful and every bite was a culinary masterpiece. The cuisine did not stop there, as between lunch and dinner the snack bar would be actively cooking vibrant meals, my favourite being the halloumi salad. Spanning most of the hours of the day was the rooftop patisserie which crafted authentic Turkish delicacies, and placed thoughtfully around the vast resort were drinks bars serving juices, mocktails and tea. Another feature which was offered was an A La Carte meal, seated on the rooftop overlooking the sunset as it reflected on the sea. The management knew what they were doing when they chose the right hour for guests to be seated, as one watches the sunlight in awe while they feast on culinary perfection from a specially selected menu. Indulging in the sauna, steam room, spa treatments, and not to mentioned the beach left us completely relaxed, the list could go on. I am not a fan of resort holidays my personal preference being city breaks, however this was one of my favourite travel destinations, and easily the best resort. From this alone you can imagine the calibre of the hotel, from the many places I’ve been to in

We had a great holiday at this hotel. Traveled from LBA on an early morning flight. 2nd visit to this hotel, we spent two weeks in May at the same hotel. We returned for two weeks in late September/October because we enjoyed our holiday there. The hotel is very welcoming and the staff work hard to achieve this. A very special mention to the executive chef Mustafa and the premier manager Ali. You really did make us most welcome. The hotel itself is jet 2 four stars but 5 star by Turkish standards. Being a trained head chef, I found the food excellent for a 4 star hotel, Bear in mind that they are catering for a dozen or so different nationality so be prepared for different food choices. Ali the premier manager made us most welcome and remembered us from our previous visit, which was nice. The hotel has a good swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds the beach is easily accessible with plenty of sunloungers. A total of 5 bars, but I must admit to not using the disco bar. The rooms are reasonable and fit for purpose. Though some said the beds were hard ,but no complaints from me. The only downside. The hotel is a 25/30 minute bus journey from Kusadasi and costs 45 lira on the dolmas, buses are frequent but do be aware that the hotel is on the outskirts. All in all we had a lovely holiday at this hotel, made some good memories and friends. We will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel, extremely clean. Lovely staff. Fantastic animation team. Great choice of food. Definitely worth having the a la carte menu whilst there, it’s on rooftop terrace with the most beautiful views. The only thing that stops me giving top marks is the bedsheets not fitting the beds/duvets properly The location is great for being able to walk easily to a couple of shops. There is an excellent bazaar 10 minutes walk away. It’s a residential location, so quiet and easy to walk around (minimal traffic). There is a local bus that also stops outside the hotel. On site There is a shop selling crisps, sweets, souvenirs and pool toys, a handbag shop and a photo service (the photographer is taking photos in day and evening) to buy professional holiday photos. Some shops price in euros but card machines only take Turkish Lira. The spa is 10/10 best experience and great value. No need to go elsewhere.
