This hotel feels like it runs on chaos. From the moment we arrived, there was no sense of calm or organization — just constant noise, pressure, and discomfort. The animation team was perhaps the most exhausting part of the stay. Rather than creating a relaxing atmosphere, they seemed to be running a sales campaign. Every day, someone was trying to sell us something — spa treatments, boat tours, photo packages — and worse, they insisted we write them positive reviews on the spot, even before we experienced the service. It felt more like a pushy marketplace than a hospitality experience. As for the food: it was hard to ignore the fact that the same dishes seemed to be recycled every three days. A dry piece of grilled chicken reappeared with a different sauce, or yesterday’s vegetables were served cold at lunch. At one point, we were served sliced watermelon that was visibly dried out at the edges — clearly cut well in advance and left out too long. It raised serious questions about freshness and hygiene. We came for rest, comfort, and good service. What we got instead was a hectic, uncomfortable stay full of upselling and mediocre food. Not recommended — especially if you're looking for peace and quality.
