I was the rustic style is a euphemism of a run down place. BUT this hotel combines the super modern features like bathrooms, double-glazed windows, super comfortable beds with original features, making it incredibly charming and comfortable at the same time. I was also worried that it will be noisy given the hotel is right on the Promenade and in front of the ski-lift station. But they invested in the new windows and the room was super quiet. People at reception and restaurant actually are the family, running it. They get to know you very quick, and always remember your preferences like if you were their friends for years already. The restaurant is very good, and if you order Penne alla Vodka, uou are for a treat and a show. See the video. The hotel has a protected ski-safe vault in the basement that was very convinient. And yes, the Parsenn ski station is just across the road. So it really takes moments to get into the mountains or from the lift to the best apres-ski in town. Loved it.

It is difficult nowadays to find a place able to meet authenticity, atmosphere, good food and personal touch all at once. It is not the case of the Parsenn Stübli in Davos, where welcoming and customer care is the core of the family business run for over a 100 years. I happened to stop in Gada bar, after an intense day of skiing, where i got immediately welcomed with a unique apreski experience (Best spritz in town, and as my muscles required i had a Gada Burger that was simply DIVINE). After a wonderful afternoon spent with skiiers and extreme freeride snowboarders that showed me the best routes, i’ve been convinced to join the dinner at Parsenn’s Stübli. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!! Herr Fopp took personally care of me, delivering one of the most authentic experiences i had in my whole life. Maxime, the head waiter, deliver an outstanding service, never letting me in the need of anything. If you ever stop in Davos don’t let this opportunity slip away. A real Davoser experience in the heart of Graübenden

This is my second time in this hotel and I love it. I chose it because it's opposite the Parsenn lift. It couldn't be more convenient; the hotel has a deal with the ski hire shop opposite and it's the easiest hire I've ever had - they also store your equipment overnight- service is excellent in there - then you're straight on the lift up the mountain. The hotel bar is also the place to go for apres ski. The hotel is family run and the staff are absolutely lovely - all of them! Breakfast is an absolute highlight with local produce.

Amazing experience for our family stay. Comfortable and very clean rooms, delicious breakfast and very helpful staff. We definitely recommend this hotel, which is just a few steps from Parsenn Bahn. Has a nice ski room with enough space for skis and boots. Every afternoon, they served us a warm soup and some cakes, coffee/tea in a cosy room with a fire place next to the reception (this was complimentary). Hope to visit again soon.

I'm always a little nervous when recommending a hotel to friends. Moreso when I am leading a bunch of friends on a trip. But the Parsenn was as amazing as depicted on their website and in review sites. The service from ALL of the staff was excellent - very professional and in the couple of times we had more dire needs (like finding out I had left my key in the room AFTER the front desk was closed for the night), they responded promptly and quickly to take care of us! Additionally, they were of great help with some of the planning before we even arrived in Switzerland. The rooms were the perfect mix of classic Swiss Alpine decor plus modern amenities (USB ports, ample electric outlets, etc). Definitely will be our first choice for future visits to Davos. The breakfast buffet was a bit smaller for options than expected from previous trips to the Alps, but was still delicious. For those of you who are monolingual and only speak English, this is NOT a problem at all as EVERYONE we interacted with spoke English.

Such a cute place! Staff is nice, decor is on point, convenient location, easy parking, comfortable and clean rooms. The balconies are also super clutch. Its nice having the bar next door as well. The breakfast is delicious and filling. Will definitely stay here again!

The service at the hotel is exceptional. We needed several restaurant bookings changed, and they were all taken care of. Champagne and white wine in a cozy little cubby lounge was an unexpected and very welcome surprise. The location is perfect, across the street from the Parsenn cabletrain up the mountain. Ski rentals are also across the street. The breakfast is great. At one point , our room was too cold. A room heater was quickly delivered, and we were comfortable for the rest of the stay . The staff at this hotel is exceptional.

Naast parkje en tegenover skilift in 2020 gerenoveerd hotel. Voortreffelijke leiding en personeel. Mooie kamers (enkele wat klein) en goede bedden. Goede maaltijden in sfeervolle restarants. Mooie bar. Echte aanbeveling in stad Davos

Positiv: sehr nettes und sehr professionelles Personal. Vorspeise: Pilzsuppe, Salat und Gruss aus der Küche sehr gut. Hauptgang: zu wenig Sauce und generell etwas fad und teils lauwarm. Polenta: trocken; Lamm sehr gut. Aber: wenn die Frauen zu viel Parfüm über den Kopf leeren, kann der Wirt nichts dafür. Aber: durch den hohen Lärmpegel des Pianisten wurde immer lauter geschrien. Im gleichen Raum sollten nicht Fondue und Schnecken serviert werden. Und bitte: die Schnecken direkt aus dem Ofen auf den Tisch. Zwei Gäste erhielten die Schnecken auf einem Rechaud, und liessen die Butter total anbrennen. Der Gestank wurde unerträglich. Schade; wir kennen das Lokal seit viel Jahren; aber so etwas sind wir uns nicht gewohnt. Nun, wir werden es später wieder versuchen.
