Ulasan Natura Vista

The experience in Natura was special. Kind service, local-style interior, clean dormitories and room conditions, everything was perfect. Their service was very impressive, and Sutepani and Hana's service was very good. I'd like to make a reservation again when I come to bohol.

Such a lovely and peaceful stay! The staff were incredibly accommodating and nice. I stayed in a bungalow for only one night and got lots of relaxation. The room even had a TV. I checked out at 4:45 am and the staff offered to call me a tuk tuk and arranged coffee for me. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a more introverted, peaceful stay!

一開始訂了這酒店，入住前一天也收到trip.com的入住通知，但到入住當天，下午4:00才收到trip.com的更改通知，說沒有我預訂的副樓公寓四人家庭房間，叫我入住另一間很遠的酒店，然後我下午5:00和晚上8晚上:00也收到同樣的電郵。在菲律賓，我買了兩款不同的電話咭，但也沒有網絡，所以下午4:22check in時根本收不到更改的電話及電郵通知，酒店說我們的房間已售完，安排另外兩間房間給我們，房間質素非常差，有一間更是上下格床的，我們不同意入住，要求退款，那經理拒絕，因為她說已經通知了trip.com,過程中也有爭吵，我們感覺被騙了，差點報警，然後在沒有電話網絡及酒店不肯退款的情況下，我們只好入住了酒店安排的在附近的另一間賓館，質素也很差，但也沒有辦法了，因為附近再沒其他酒店了，我們也沒有網絡去找其他酒店及call車，畢竟那時候下著雨，拖著那麼多行李，人生路不熟，又開始天黑了，我們四人當中還有兩個老人家，擔心治安問題，所以真的非常無奈，也十分生氣。回港後，致電trip.com，客服初時很不負責任，但我說要向消委員會投訴後，承認了全是trip.com自身的錯誤，不是酒店方的問題。其實也難怪酒店經理這麼生氣，因為她真的早已通知了trip.com嘛。其實這酒店的服務員及我最後入住的那所在附近的賓館的服務態度也是非常好的。只是trip.com於入住前一天，發了入住確認給我，還也可以臨時改客人家的酒店嗎？改了客人的酒店，又可以在過了check in時間才通知客人嗎？下午4:00，5:00，及晚上8:00發出了更改電郵通知，這還有意義嗎？只是像徴式通知，其後被客服以此作借口，已盡量協助我們。那為什麼早前接到酒店通知時，不提早點通知我們？既然酒店一早通知了trip.com房間已售完，那麼trip.com為什麼入住前一晚還發確認電郵給我？旅客有老有少一家人在外地，你突然改了人家的酒店，人家的行程也受影響，當中有什麼損失（例如時間上的損失或導致別人工作上有所損失），誰來擔當？假使我們一家老少，在臨咁被迫轉酒店的途中，預到了什麼危險或意外，是誰應該負責？trip.com更改了我們的酒店，那交通費又應該是誰負責？希望trip.com的員工和客服多考慮旅客身處外地的無奈，多負一點責任，也希望trip.com可給員工有效的指引及培訓，聘請一些責任感多一點的員工和客服。

Natura Vista is just PERFECT. We stayed here for 4D3N. My partner and I can’t stop talking about how lucky we are to book this place last minute! Value for money. Such a steal! Dare I say, this is better than staying at fancy hotels because Natura Vista offers not just an accommodation but a cozy home! Very relaxing indeed. Plus, the breakfast menu is delicious. Home-cooked pinoy breakfast. Solid! Imagine coming home to a peaceful haven after a long day of countryside tour or island hopping! What made the stay even more special? The people. The staff were very kind and polite. I especially loved how they were always smiling. Staying at Natura Vista felt like coming home to your family home in the province. Love, love, love it! 💕💐🛖 PS: Just 10-15 mins away from the Airport and Alona Beach.

I stopped in to get out of the sun. So i had food at their restaurant. Amazing, kind, sweet staff! The one dish I had was great. The staff made me laugh like crazy. The place looks very cozy and tropical. I will totally book with them in the future!

Been to a number of resorts and hotels in bohol but yesterday in Natura Vista is so far our best experience. The friendly smile and hospitality of tge staff are natural, Love the place and highly recommended for everyone. Like the ambienace of this place, the breakfast is delicious plus the strong coffee for my morning. The beach is awesome and clean 5 minutes walk from hotel. For sure we will back again.

We had a wonderful and cozy stay at Natura Vista. 1 minute from the beach, with a landscape of coconut trees and a beautiful sunset. We had a great experience, and a special highlight for the jacuzzi, which is incredible. The breakfast was simply delicious. We also took the opportunity to have our meals in the hotel's own restaurant, which made things much easier and the food was great! 🤤

It is a beautiful and charming hotel with an original, round swimming pool. There are a lot of nice decorations and mottos, I like the style very much. The room is rather simple and the shared bathroom ok. The common space is nice with places to sit and hammocks to hang in. Everyting is good here except the kitchen service. The first night we wait for dinner for an hour and a half (!) and it's just shrimps and the next day pinakbet is poor. For breakfast we have a greasy omelette. They have a note they serve coffee with a free biscuit and beer with free nuts which is not true, the snacks are not available. There are no eating options in the village. The beach is nice but nothing special. There are no shops nearby.

Best decision for my solo trip!!! My trip to Bohol was a spontaneous decision and I literally planned it around what Natura Vista could offer because I only had 4 full days after accounting for travel time. I enjoyed all the tours and the staff REALLY made me feel at home. Thank you for the amazing beach dinner for one. And thank you for the birthday surprise and the handmade bouquet. Shout-out to Hope, Joyce, Ellen, Ella, Marjorie, Mericel, Mae, (and a few staff whom I didn't manage to get their names); Melda, Jimson and last but not least Chef Darcy who crafted my meals!!! Thank you for the hospitality 🙏🏼✨❤️

The best eco-friendly hotel in Dauis, Bohol. The place is so gorgeous, very Instagram-mable. Their staff are friendly and very accommodating. This hotel will give you a legit provincial vibe. I love everything about this place. We'll never regret that we waited for 2 years (we're supposed to be here in 2020 but the pandemic struck) just to be here.
