Ulasan Panglao Vista Suites by SMS Hospitality

This hotel is new, very clean, and affordable for a family trip to Panglao Island. The staff are friendly and accommodating. It's about a 10-minute Tuk Tuk ride to Alona Beach and only around 5 minutes to a lovely resort called Oceanica, where we paid for a day pass. If you're looking for some exercise, you can also take a 15-minute walk to Libaong White Beach early in the morning. While the hotel isn't located in the center, there are always Tuk Tuks waiting outside, and jeepneys are available if you want to go to Tagbilaran. For breakfast, we paid 350 pesos per adult, with kids charged half price. They offer both Filipino and Western dishes, but we especially loved the "Champorado," a porridge made with pure cacao. Everything is definitely worth the price, and I would certainly stay here again on my next trip to Panglao.

The location was perfect and the staff were so accommodating..The ambiance was so relaxing!

Good hotel, extremely friendly staff. Pool, sun loungers, everything is super.

The staff tries very hard. There are some downsides. We were given a room facing the road. It was very noisy at night and in the morning. The room was changed, but not very quickly. The hotel does not have an online system for room occupancy, everything is on paper. But in the end they managed). The hotel is good, but far from the beaches.

The hotel is brand new, not many people lived there. It's a 40-minute walk from the beach. The room and furnishings are new, but there is a lot of mold on the walls facing the pool. The bar has good prices and selection, but the service is extremely slow. The breakfast included in the price was worse every day! First the sausages disappeared, then the scrambled eggs, then the milk disappeared. And the dry breakfasts with it. Can you imagine? There was no milk in the hotel for 2 days. At all. Overall, it's not that bad, you can stay for a few days if you are not afraid of the sounds of construction, the hotel is still doing finishing work. The Internet is not bad. I could work without problems all the days I stayed at the hotel.

Very cool hotel. It's nice to come here after long trips. Cool service, good food, clean, comfortable. There is a fitness room (not super, but new). Beautiful. If you are going to move around the island a lot, then the location is ideal.

We were the only ones checking in at 1am, but they said the room assignment was wrong, so we waited 30 minutes and went in. They asked for a deposit in cash, so I left 50,000 won in Korean currency. It was hard because of the sound of chickens crowing from dawn, the sound of the door closing in the next room, and the sound of construction when the sun rose. We left the hotel early in the morning. It's not a new hotel, but a hotel that was recently remodeled from an old accommodation. There are traces of the past in the pool and bathroom. I don't want to go to this accommodation again.

The price/quality ratio is super. Good hotel, friendly staff, very tasty food and cocktails. There is a decent pool, the beach is about 10 minutes away. The rooms are new in European style, comfortable bed, TV. I recommend 100%, since Bohol in general has specific problems with hotels.

The water pressure is weak and the facilities are not as good as the pictures. The staff is friendly.

No slippers, towels, toilet paper, etc. not properly provided No shuttle to Alona Beach Tuk-tuk to Alona Beach for 10 minutes, 250 pesos (one way) paid out of pocket Around 6pm (it was dark) to Alona Beach - Tuk-tuk waiting at the hotel (the hotel security opened the tuk-tuk door and let me in) - I was alone as a woman (my group was going to Alona) and at the fork in the road, the tuk-tuk went into the mountain road instead of the main road - I was looking at Google Maps and yelled at me to make a U-turn and it was a messㅠ If it was my first time in Bohol, I would be nervous and trembling wondering what would have happened (I survived because it was my third time in Bohol and I knew the way) The next day, the number 68 tuk-tuk waiting at the hotel was creepy I booked a room with a road view, but the barking of dogs, goats, and chickens is a given! Road traffic, motorcycles, birds, bugs, people coming and going from the hotel, etc., so I can't sleep (it's okay between 2 and 4 in the morning) Not only is the hallway not soundproofed, but *the room with a pool view (no ocean view at all) is okay with outside noise The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good for the price, but I don't want to stay there again - even the tuk-tuk trauma This is the worst accommodation They play music until 10 p.m. on December 31st and it's so noisy that I can't rest.
