I highly recommend staying here! The owners are very kind and helped us book a private driver to visit some of the nearby sites (grottos and hanging monastery). They also helped us pay our driver when we were having some issues with alipay. The location is also very good about a 10-15 min walk to the center of datong old city.
We absolutely loved their tatami room and all of the areas are clean and tastefully decorated.
One area for improvement is that the owners sometimes smoke in the lounge area right outside the rooms - which may bother some guests who do not smoke.

目前在山西住過最好的民宿了。房間的布草比五星酒店的不差。早餐有刀削麪喲。這次住的下沉式四合院的下面一層，有新風系統，一點都不覺得悶，相反很安靜。下沉中庭有房主精心設計維護的熱帶盆景，這在民宿很少見，中庭上面鋪的玻璃天花板，陽關灑到地面，坐在下面喝茶很舒服。總之，這次體驗很不錯，期望下次有機會再次入住。

這次在攜程上找的民宿非常好！價位合適、包含早餐還贈送一次接或送站服務。民宿是一個小院，位於古城的北面，院子、房間的裝修、裝飾很上檔次，也很有品味。不管是房間還是公共區域衞生做的真的很乾凈！老闆和善健談，還親自開車去車站接送，真的像接待自己的朋友一樣。和同事出差訂了兩間房，還免費給升級了一間大套間，可惜沒給那個房間拍照。真心推薦！

房間很乾凈，佈置的簡單大方，周圍的環境不錯比較安靜，給人非常温馨的感覺，早上還有免費的早點。位置離古城很近，逛逛周邊的景點很方便。

服務：兩位老闆很熱情，離店早上怕我們去車站晚點最後親自送我們去車站。

衞生方面我見過數一數二的乾淨，位置很便利，出去步行一會就是古城牆，離景點還算比較近。老闆人很熱情，關鍵早餐老闆自己做的比外邊小飯店做的都好吃，他家綠色植被遠看好看的一眼假，近看都是真的，老闆一看就是潔癖熱愛生活的人。總之挺不錯！
