Disadvantages: The communication between the hotel staff is not very good. You have to check in by yourself. Moreover, I booked a room for three people, but they only gave us a double room and did not make extra beds. We had to communicate with the hotel staff for a long time to help us deal with it. I booked a room for two adults and one child and then charged me an entrance fee for young children. It was very inconvenient to book a room for two adults and one child and then charge it later. Part of the floor of the outdoor swimming pool is abraded and is quite painful. Children may be injured if they accidentally scratch it, so be careful. My favorite one is the open bath, where I bathed when it was snowing. What a extraordinary experience. - Dinner and breakfast are buffet style. Many options and food is yum. - Some reviews mentioned that the facilities/room seemed old, but I found the vintage Japanese-Style room comfortable and great. I really enjoyed the stay! - There are 2 massage chairs next to public bath. 👎🏽Cons: - Not many staffs speak English so it's a bit difficult to communicate. It took a while for the front desk staff to find our bookings. - Private bath is not worth it. It's a waste of money. - Needs to put up signs about the etiquette of using public bath. When I took a shower in the public bath, the Korean group all showered while standing and kept splashing. They chatted loudly and shouted at each other. One of them even kicked water in the bath......
