Ikos Dassia

First visit to ikos Dassia after visiting Olivia last year, which was absolutely amazing!. We paid over 10k for 2 weeks deluxe for 2 adults and 1 child, so we had very high expectations for Dassia We had a wonderful private transfer from airport to hotel, arrived late, had a brisk check in, given whatsapp concierge number and went to Ergon for a late meal. We had a few drinks and went to bed as tired from travelling all day. Breakfast the next morning in the Grill House was great. The views from the hotel are stunning! The mini bar in the room was outstanding. anything we wanted was placed in there, very happy with this as we were with housekeeping and room service they were all lovely and extremely efficient and discreet. Whatsapp concierge (Karin) was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she kept us updated all the time. We spent a lot of our time relaxing around the deluxe pool with the kids. The service here was outstanding by the 3 members of staff that looked after us. The deluxe pool menu was lovely. The food was always hot and of a good standard. The Gin trolley was an added bonus! Restaurants were amazing. We had some beautiful meals in Provance, Anaya, Grill House, and Fresco with dinner on the beach that was outstanding! Staff all over the hotel were really nice, they work very hard and were always happy and bubbly while doing their very best for you with some going that extra mile. We had birthday cakes, a breakfast at Odisia, and many other 'gifts' added over our 14 nights. Most of these were arranged by Katerina, the manager who is simply the best - She really is lovely, and we wish her every success in her new role at Dassia, Sunset cruise was stunning, a great experience. Take a Tesla out for the day, parasailing, water sports as well as boat trips also available on the beach. Tennis, darts, etc, are also available. Took the courtesy bus to corfu town a couple of times, very nice and worth a visit to do a bit of shopping. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend ikos Dassia!

Ikos Dassia is truly our happy place. Everything about the hotel, the facilities, the restaurants, and the wonderful, friendly staff is designed to make your stay perfect. Wonderful food, comfortable rooms, and a beautiful view. Not to mention the glorious beach. We have been before, and we will be back again! Thank you.

Everything was perfect, from the room to the multiple high quality restaurants through the every moment service, especially for the kids. The location is also amazing, pretty close to the city with regular buses. Kids club were also great and very accommodating, allowing our 2 girls to stay together when possible whilst they were not in the same age groups.

It is set in beautiful grounds/gardens over a very large site but it is quite easy to walk to anywhere or get a lift on one of the hotel golf carts which are easily summoned. There are eight different restaurants to choose from all themed differently and the food is excellent and there is a good wine list to choose from and all drinks, cocktails, spirits etc

We were a family group with age range 3 years to 73! This was our first trip to this hotel but fourth trip to an Ikos Hotel Resort. All have been outstanding but the Dassia was our favourite and we have already booked to go back in 2025! As a general rule I try to avoid large "international" hotels which tend to be impersonal and "stuffy" but even though this is a hotel on a large site it does not feel like a huge hotel as it is cleverly split into two main parts and there is a choice of pool areas and also beach. It is set in beautiful grounds/gardens over a very large site but it is quite easy to walk to anywhere or get a lift on one of the hotel golf carts which are easily summoned. There are eight different restaurants to choose from all themed differently and the food is excellent and there is a good wine list to choose from and all drinks, cocktails, spirits etc are top quality. Our rooms were very comfortable and well equipped but probably the thing that most sticks out is the staff. I have never come across such delightful, friendly, helpful and attentive staff who had clearly been very well trained and looked after us superbly. There were plenty of activities available though we did not feel any need to participate but the evening entertainment from the hotel's own entertainment group was like watching a musical show in the West End of London and included performances aimed at children of all ages. The whole experience was just outstanding.

I actually visited October 2021 it was fabulous ! I would go again in a heartbeat, but unfortunately, my health hasn't been the best, but when I get sorted out, I'm going back .
