We stay at a different ikos every year. We decided to return to Dassia, as the last time we stayed at Dassia was in 2018. We definitely had a much better experience back then. This resort has gone down hill. Service slow, food quality and portions sizes are smaller. We have been given dirty glasses on numerous occasions. We paid extra for deluxe, but are not seeing the benefits. It’s the small details that matter sometimes. I do however think that the entertainment at the theatre has been good. My children have enjoyed the football and water sports. Certain members of staff are very good at their job, Vanesa at The Grill, Paulo & Georgina at the beach, Larisa at the deluxe pool. We feel the staff are under pressure, as they don’t have enough staff during peak season. I spoke with another guest who also agreed with me. It’s such a beautiful location, but I sadly don’t think we will return to this resort.

Staff talk the talk but sadly this hotel doesn’t deliver what it promises. Our room wasn’t cleaned on arrival, we had a few bad experiences with staff and our rental car ( Tesla for the day) which was included in our ‘deluxe ‘ suite room booking had dangerous wheels and vomit on the back seat, when reported the Hertz staff member said it wasn’t good and they had informed the hotel but it wasn’t their responsibility. We were also told there was another car we could use instead but it had a ‘worse front tyre’ . We missed a day out with family. Safety and cleanliness especially in this standard of hotel should be top priority. All issues were ‘looked into’ but there was one thing after another. We had flowers delivered to our room- possibly extras from reception, but it didn’t help….

Big thank you to all the staff who made our trip so enjoyable. Asterios, Katerina, Petros, Panagiotis, Alex, Roaldo, Leo, Elena, George, Dora to name just a few. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very accommodating which is why we keep coming back.

This was our fourth visit to this beautiful beach resort. Amazing hospitality shown by all staff, be it on the beach, bars and restaurants. Service and the food are excellent, provided everything we needed for a relaxing holiday.

This was our 3rd trip to Ikos Dassia. The island ,resort and most importantly the staff never disappoint. Lovely location and always immaculately maintained. The Staff at Ikos resorts are what makes them special. Thier genuine warmth and care makes all the difference. The food was of a high standard wherever we ate be it lunch or dinner. We would personally like to name check and thank a few of these people . Firstly Katrina the hotel manager we have known you for a very longtime and you are truly special to our family. Asterios ( Mr.taskforce) you are my Greek brother ,forever thankful we are friends. Petros at F&B you cater for our colleiac son wonderfully . And are always working so hard to make out holiday special. Alex ( Greeks finest mixologist) . Payontis ( apologises for misspelling ) you were with us every step of the way ,amazing to see the person you have become. Elpidea in Kerkyra restaurant, always so welcoming . Albert and Arnel on the beach and pools always smiling . Lastly but no means least . Realdo on the beach service. You are VIP in our eyes . To many to others to mention . Thank you all again for a wonderful holiday . The Nicholls.

We went on our honeymoon to IKOS Dassia for five nights. It is an exceptional resort that finally lived up to a 5 star rating. The staff truly couldn't do enough for us, whilst at the same time not being intrusive or overbearing. Food was outstanding, whether in the a la carte or buffet restaurants. Standards of service never dropped throughout our stay. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the 'WhatsApp' concierge proved extremely usefully supplying information about activities and events throughout the day. Also if you required any service this system proved to work without fault. An incredible resort that we will definitely be visiting again. It would be very difficult to criticise anything to do with this hotel.
