Blackburn South (M65, J4)

I stayed with my daughter and granddaughter for one night. The lady on re eption was very pleasant. The room was dingy on the first floor, and the curtain was hanging off the rail. The shower wasn't good,the shower gel we were unable to open and the handheld container for the sink was rusty around the rim. The good thing about it was the bedding was very clean. The bar was open, but we were told would close at 9.30pm, and there was no food being served. The table we sat at was scratched and sticky, and the chairs were grubby, too. We weren't offered breakfast for the following morning. This is one of the worst Premier Inns I have stayed at. It needs freshened up.

Please be careful staying in this hotel if you have purchase any food a small pub but people do use it for meals/ breakfast for out in the estates, kids running about hiding under seats and tables whilst trying to eat, hotel very run down not for me, worse premier inn I've stayed in

Came to our usual Premier inn for our stay on the 03 January for the Lancashire derby. Good room and clean and tidy, we decided on breakfast the next morning and this was of extremely poor quality and not the first time either, we will be returning to stay but not for breakfast again.

Stayed here for a weekend when visiting family. The staff were all really helpful. The inside was scrupulously clean and the building and rooms were well maintained. However the car park area is in need of some TLC. The bed and pillows were really comfortable and provided a great nights sleep. The hotel could do with extra soundproofing as you could hear children from families staying there running up and down the corridors. One thing that the hotel really does need are chargers for electric cars. When you have travelled a long distance to get to a hotel it would be great to be able to just recharge rather than have to hunt around town after checking in to get a charge.

Very pleasant staff, quiet room, very comfortable bed and good breakfast. Managed to get a deal - room with breakfast - great value for money. Stayed 2 nights whilst visiting family and friends in the area and this hotel was a great base. Would definitely use this hotel again.

The bed was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, really couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast had enough variety to satisfy anyone. The access to Blackburn was my main reason for picking this location. The room was clean and well presented with everything you expect from any hotel
