服務還不錯，設施也都挺齊全。

A 20 minuti dalla stazione centrale. Personale scortese, camera piccola. Con zero gradi esterni, il riscaldamento non ha funzionato bene, ci hanno cambiato camera ma la situazione è rimasta invariata. Abbiamo sofferto il freddo,e il personale si è disinteressato. Lo sconsiglio.

酒店周圍環境很好，房間設施也比較新，前台熱情周到。距離火車站步行15分鐘，距離法蘭克福機場25分鐘車程。

Hotel is pretty new in a new area behind the train station so it’s quite a trip to the city center and also surprisingly to the train station. But there’s a tram station a few minutes from the hotel. The room was new and nice, with good AC, good bed and was mostly quiet. I assume it can be louder in the morning on weekdays from outside and also slamming doors and running people inside the hotel were easy to hear. The room could have been cleaner (stains on walls, furniture and such). Compared to other hotels this one seemed much more affordable.

For just 60 quid a night (excl 15 for parking facilities), this place was a bargain for a full family. The Prem Inn is, like in the UK, a very reasonable basic hotel with a decent room and great beds. The location in this Prem is close to the tram, which brings you to city centre in around 5min (its a 30min walk).

This is a new hotel, in very good condition. We had booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children and the receptionist allocated us Room 302 which was small and had only a double bed and a sofa which could be converted into a single bed for one child. We returned to reception to raise the problem and were told that we should make up the bed ourselves! We've never experienced such a poor attitude in a Premier Inn before that and this ignored the fact that there wasn't a fourth bed for our other child. They agreed to move us to another room suitable for 4 if we hadn't "used anything in the room" as then they could rent it out again, as if it would be our fault if we had. Despite the Premier Inn website promoting vegan food at breakfast, we found that the only hot food for vegetarians was beans and egg, and for vegans only beans! On asking about vegan options the member of staff advised that no hot vegan breakfast was available at this location! They do provide vegan cereal and oat milk but overall they don't seem to have much interest in providing vegetarian/vegan options and we wouldn't book breakfast here again for this reason. We also received no room service, the beds weren't made for us during our stay, the tea and coffee wasn't topped up, the bin wasn't emptied and towels weren't changed. Overall, although the hotel is attractive and in good condition we were disappointed that the service here fell well short of the level that you'd normally receive in a UK Premier Inn.

Gute Lage zum Flughafen Neues Hotel mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten, gutem Frühstück und geräumigen Zimmern von sehr guter Qualität. Nichts vergleichbar mit den alten und abgenutzten Hotels am Flughafen. Nur 22 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Flughafen entfernt. Wir werden wiederkommen

Klimaanlage war defekt; leider an einem drückenden 30 Grad-Sommertag. Bei Beschwerde an der Rezeption wurde -genervt- mitgeteilt, dass nun die Einstellung zentral seitens der Rezeption vorgenommen würde. Leider ohne jegliches Ergebnis. Bei erneuter persönlicher Kommunikation bei Auschecken wurde nur lapidar geantwortet, man würde sich dann noch drum kümmern.

Man fühlt sich wie in VIP Gast. Sehr freundliches Personal gute Lage in alle Richtungen. Das Zimmer absolut top, vorallem sehr sauber. Ich kann es nur jeden empfehlen :D Und der Bereich bei der Bar super gestaltet und sehr einladend. Und vorallen einen Outdoor Bereich um abends die Seele baumeln lassen und den Tag ausklingen lassen.
