I booked this for our anniversary staycation. We usually do this every year so I didn’t expect much but what differs this from the other hotel that we’ve been to is their sweet gesture of leaving some sweet treats with greetings. Hotel location is about 10mins walk to townhall. Which is very convenient. About 5mins walk to St. Mary’s church

Everything was good but swimming pool, cause it was too small.

Lovely hotel next to Hyde Park. Nice views. Beautiful King Room. Super comfortable bed. Hotel doesn’t provide free drinking water or toiletries.

Location is convenient and near many areas. However, the room amenities do lack a bit for its rating. Water was not readily available, soap was finished but wasn’t topped up

I always stay at Pullman Hyde Park as it is closed to the nicest restaurants in Surry Hills and in the CBD. Also, the facility are great and the staff are always welcoming!

Good location beside Hyde park, walking distance to central of Sydney and Chinatown . The only thing is parking fee too expensive, 72 per night

A lovely hotel. Overall great in all areas. Comfy bed, lovely service and convenient location. The pool is a plus and it’s a not too bad in price considering all the above.

Service and guestrooms should improve. Hotel a bit aged and needing some refreshments. Overall, was a nice stay.

Fantastic location, lots of food and cafe options in walking distance and the room was huge.

The Hotel is ok, but the service is not as expected for a 5 star hotel.

Good location. Walking distance to many places and a big balcony for us to view the area. Was able to walk to China town and to the CBD

I’m here to complain the hotel. I have stayed two days. The hairdryer and sofa were very dusty. Also, the towel was dirty after the room was cleaned after the second day. I don't recommend staying here, it's worse than a three-star hotel!
