Udaan Himalayan Suites and Spa

估計在小鎮上的原因，條件比較差。房間裏沒有拖鞋，沒有吹風機。問服務員要了吹風機，第三天又給收走了，也不知道什麼神操作。餐廳位於B1，從早餐開始音樂就震耳欲聾，晚上音樂一直到10:30，也體現了三哥對音樂的熱愛之情。當然房間的隔音也別指望。另外，酒店衹提供素食，介意的朋友還是撤吧。

The Hotel claims to be a 4 star property but when we entered the room, the single seater sofa chair and its side stool both were soiled….they had stains and were not at all clean. Then the staff said that there is no hot water in any room of the hotel due to some problem that had been going on for the past few days. So all the guests were given buckets of hot water as per need!!! If you book a 4 star property you do so for a higher level of comfort and hygiene which was absent in this case! When we demanded a better treatment after a lapse of 2 hrs they suggested we shift to their sister group hotel Udaan Maitree. Udaan maitree is again a disappointment as room staff dint clean the room the next day, there is no heater facility as an included privilege and if you ask for heater, they charge you for it…and the name of the sister hotel is Udaan Maitree Hotel n Spa but they do not have a SPA yet…despite being a 4 star property

Good ambience and classy. The breakfast was good and overall the service was good. The washroom were clean and suitable for all, the balcony and one of the highlights of our stay was the hotel breakfast offering, which featured a variety of fresh fruits, pastries and hot dishes. It was a great way to start each day before heading out to explore the city.

Rooms are good and food is amazing there, only complain is of Hot Water it takes long time and is lukewarm at best. Location wise its very good. Everything at walking distance for young visitors. Darjeeling station is nearby at 5 minutes walk and Mall Road at 15-20 minutes walk.

Property is clean and nice Had amazing food Staff is very helpful and polite The only things that Need to improve s 1st Internet connectivity and 2nd hot water facility...otherwise overall stay experience was amazing and specifically their cuisine and staff behaviour is very good. This is actually a 4 star property.

We booked our stay at udaan himalayan darjeeling we had a very comfortable stay we throughly enjoyed our stay. We booked for premium valley View room it was spacious neat and clean.
