It was our 2nd time staying in here. Expected all 4/5 stars based on previous experience, but it wasn’t.
Our bathroom floor was very slippery with oil, so we had to be careful not to fall. I figured out very late night that entire slippery bathroom floor must have caused by pesticides. I saw 3 small cockroaches were climbing walls and went in under the sink.
We were assigned one king bed, instead of two queen, was what I booked for. The mattress didn’t look like laying horizontal. It was sinking towards to the headboard.
I should have requested changing a room, but we checked in late and my child already took a shower. We were going to leave early morning, so just hold my eyes closed.
The hotel will have a renovation entirely from Nov. for a few months. Hope it will be clean floor to ceiling with replacing old cracked furniture to new ones.
But I will probably not stay again here after this experience.

We enjoyed our stay … comfortable and just what we needed. There is some wear and tear in the room, but other than that, it was just right for our needs.

This is a great place to stay. Our room was spacious
And very clean. The check in was slow but the staff was very polite. The shower head was not good. Great location with shopping and several restaurants nearby.
