在本地，該酒店的設施應該是很高大上了。但是配套不夠完善，我們入住時因為客人少，早餐餐廳沒有開，安排把餐食送到客房。中餐餐廳也沒有開，但周邊沒有配套的餐飲，所以我們一天兩頓正餐都需要開車到外面去找。作為度假酒店，確實給客人帶來不便。另外，酒店的服務員都很熱情，但是由於缺乏專業培訓和管理，他們不知道怎麼讓客人感受到滿意的服務。總體感覺酒店的管理水平需要進一步提高。
