賣家真是玩起了“飢餓營銷”的套路，挑房間的時候還以為這家很火，就剩一間房了，可入住體驗真是及其的差，首先就是基本設施，一次性拖鞋沒有，Wi-Fi無線網卡的要死，電視也不好使，關鍵價格也不便宜，後來要一次拖鞋，也是應付説第二天送，也沒給拿，也沒有人收拾清理衞生。

前面給差評的不厚道，電梯和樓道不是房東可以控制的，進入房間很亮堂，設施可以看出是民居改造成的民宿，房東盡力為入住的客户提供所需的東西，性價比比住酒店強。

酒店在一個小區內，樓道有些舊，房間大小還行，比較亮堂。隔音不好。
沒有免費停車，小區停車要交費。
被子有點薄，沒有提供礦泉水。

出差路過丹東，小歇一晚，距離萬達有一段距離，停車靠運氣，房間室內整體很整潔，有小型洗衣機，一次性拖鞋，沒有瓶裝飲用水，被子在乾淨些更好，另外樓梯間很嚇人，燈光昏暗，女孩子儘量……，開不了發票
