Everything was good
But bed collapsed soon after arriving . Only real complaint the Wi-Fi was so so poor
Had no Wi-F the i rooms .
Buy food location staff excellent .

Another fantastic stay at the Turay hotel. Beautiful location with riverside dining for breakfast, lunch and diner, the views are fantastic, watching the boats go up and down. Great location for spotting the Nile Turtles at breakfast time. You are well looked after by Thomas at the restaurant and ozzy at the bar. The rooms are clean, good shower, fridge for keeping drinks cold and cleaned daily by the 2 friendly ladies. Lovely pool and shaded grass area with plenty sunbeds. Only a 10minute or less stroll into the town along the riverside path.

We stayed here for a week of winter sun. We both love Dalyan and are regular visitors but this was the first at the The Turay. The Hotel it’s self is well looked after and clean. We were put in a sub standard room above the kitchen and were woken early by the staff preparing breakfast at 6am. Requested to move which took another 24 hours. The bar is pricey, the barman Ozzy is amazing and made our stay, he really is the best part of the hotel! The manager is abrupt and not very approachable. We had issues with money disappearing from our room, to which he first said we must have spent it! Then he said he will investigate, still waiting for this to happen (we are home now) We would not stay here again which is a shame as the location is beautiful on the river.

Lovely hotel. Rooms a little dated but no problem for us. Breakfast was adequate and eating by the river was a bonus. Top marks for all staff, and especially Ozzy. A bottle of whisky bought in the 2 or 3 bottles for ?? on Jet2 flights would always be appreciated by him and other staff I am sure. Would return without a doubt, lively resort and hotel.

Friendly maitre d' at this quaint riverside restaurant and we shared a Shepherd's salad stater which was very fresh tasting. No balloon bread for this season we were told but the complimentary seeded toasted flat bread and dip were delicious. We both had the peppercorn chicken which we remembered was a stand-out dish last year. It still is - but we remember the portion being so much more generous than what we got this time and so we have dropped one star rating for that. The waterside seating is still very picturesque.

The setting was amazing. Clean and tidy rooms. Small balcony if first floor due to air conditioning unit. Booked half board. Food was very good quality. Only problem for us was the menu never changed, so became a bit repetitive. Lovely lady made omelets/fried eggs to order every morning. Staff member Munir very rarely gets a mention but he was brilliant and aways happy serving customers morning and evening. Some upstairs rooms have a small spiral staircase so if you have mobility problems then request a ground floor. Only negative for us was the bar closed at 2am every night/morning so if you are unfortunate to have a room near the bar then don't expect to get much sleep! Thankfully we were moved and enjoyed the rest of our holiday.

Didn't stay at hotel but went to their restaurant Serenity by the river. Food was excellent, very well presented and tasty. The service was amazing. We were looked after by the lovely Mahir (not sure spelt correctly) and Thomas who couldn't do enough for us. We tried other places in Dalyan but always went back to Serenity for afternoon drinks and evening meal. This place is a gem, with spectacular service, wonderful views and great food.

We stayed at The Turay hotel on 20th June for 3 weeks, and I've got to say what an amazing time we had. Even though my Daughter was ill for 5 days, the hotel staff did there upmost to get her the care she needed. Big thankyou too Ozzy the barman, who couldn't do enough to keep everyone happy and had such a brilliant personality, absolutely excellent at his job, making brilliant cocktails. Zeki the hotel manager was always around just incase there was any problems, or customers needed anything. The guy on reception who helped my daughter, Top bloke, just can't remember his name, so a big thankyou too you!!! Beautiful location on the river, can't wait to go back next June. This is our 5th time staying at this amazing hotel, rooms are spacious with free air con and WiFi, safe in room is £1 a day, large balcony to sit and watch the day go by, Owners son is very friendly will put himself out to come and chat to you, ( hope you enjoyed your baby Guinness) 😂😂 Staff are very friendly, Thomas has been there for years English is really good, Ozzy the bar man well what can I say he is simply the best so funny has everyone chatting singing and dancing around the bar and his cocktails are amazing 😍, Grounds are well kept, pool is clean, jetty where you have breakfast is beautiful watching the world go by while feeding the turtles 🐢 and 🐟, If you get a chance to do the hotel run moonlight cruise 🚢 that Thomas arranges you won’t be disappointed the captain and staff are very friendly food is amazing, See you all next year 💋
