The parking was aweful. Hotel very out dated and not clean. Our room had stains all over the carpet and there was mold in the bathroom. The bartender was not very friendly and kept leaving for several minutes at a time to get bottles from back room. The pool area was cold and the lighting is aweful. We were very unhappy with our stay. We have stayed at several Embassy Suites in the past and this one was the worst by far.

Would not recommend this place. The staff should not be in customer service. Extremely rude and didn’t want to help at all after a bunch of us had been traveling all day in storms. AC in rooms didn’t work. Was told it was a “switch” and only maintenance could do that. He had left for the night. Just a terrible experience. We have always stayed at embassy’s and this by far is not one you should. They wouldn’t refund either.

This is a challenging review to write. So, first with the good. The staff of this hotel are so very nice. They are what makes this hotel survive. Without them, this review would be poor. They answered our every request and responded promptly to our needs. The breakfast and evening reception were fantastic.
Now the bad.... this building and all of its contents are not in good condition. It's clear that the owners of this property have been neglectful. Some of the furniture was in poor condition. Stains on the sofa, every lamp crooked, a recessed light that turned on and off randomly. At one point, all of the water faucets in our room poured out water with a LOT of black sediments. It took a little time for it to clear out. There must have been a pipe burst near our bathroom because the floor was perpetually wet in front of the bathroom door from the moment we entered the room. When we parked in the basement, there was leaking water coming from overhead pipes so that there was always water on the ground. The lights in the pool area were dim. Just not the quality you'd expect from an Embassy Suites hotel.

I stayed in Embassy suites before, but this one’s probably the worst. One parking was no good kind of sketchy downstairs. The hotel was OK. I will not stay there again though.
