Very poorly maintained hotel. it took them 2 days to fix the shower. There are lot of illegal activities (after hours) that are happening in this hotel. Very poor front office support. I reported my Lost Headphone ($250) and tried calling them for 3 days.. Still i don't have a response. You can stay there if you are looking for After hours ILLEGAL activities.

Room was average for a low scale room, but billing is a nightmare. Room was prepaid, staff charged a $100 room deposit to my CC upon check in (Not just a hold). 9 days later it's not refunded, hotel staff refuses to even pull up my visit to look. My CC has no indication that this has been refunded and I'm having to initiate a case to get it resolved. While I was in the lobby checking out, another lady was in there trying to get her deposit back as well after two-weeks. Apparently this is a common practice for them.
