La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas - Richardson

設施較舊，衞生一般，走廊裏有消毒液的味道，位置在立交橋附近出行較方便，但是吃飯不方便。早餐不好，沒有什麼吃的。服務一般，按金尚未退出來，希望可以早點退回。

Very nice I thought it was very clean. Beds were comfy. There was a lot of homeless around the area but I felt safe

The water comes out so hot that you cannot take a decent shower. You cannot fix it with the handles. This happens in the morning only. Also, the hotel charged me an additional $100.00 deposit "that I would get back". I left the hotel in May 17. Today is May 22 and I haven't received it back yet.

The place is nice and clean. My room however has constant noise, sounded like water flowing or wind blowing.

The water at the bathroom sink barely ran. Breakfast was highly disappointing. We had to ask twice for fresh towels because we needed to get out early. The area was very unsafe with cops present.

For starters, my husband and I are senior citizens, and he is a retired veteran and disabled. When I got to the property, the girl behind the desk was not very welcoming. She accused me of giving her attitude. I told her I am not giving attitude. We are not familiar with the Dallas area, and my GPS was making us tour the area. I explained that we are very tired and frustrated from the drive. She could not understand that. Before arriving, I called the hotel to see how far they were from SMU campus (mind you, I was checking distance before booking a room), that girl (another one) kept asking me where I was located. I told her that it does not matter where I am, I just want to know the actual distance from the hotel to the SMU campus. Finally, she decided to help. Also, the lounge area outside by the pool has a lot to be desired. The cushions had burn marks, and were dirty, people throwing beer cans and leaving bottle caps on the lounge area. The girls at the front desk are not welcoming or accommodating. Also, the toilet seat was loose, and there looked like mold in the rim of the floor in the shower. Also, breakfast is served only at 7 a.m. When it comes to events like graduation, it should be more accommodating. I am a graduate, and it would have been nice to take all of the graduates and families a little more accommodating when it comes to these events, because all graduates have to be on campus by 7:30 a.m. A lot of people travel long distances.
