Usually I like to stay in Ibis hotel , design good and rooms clean same this ibis hotel , but upon the check in , I found one stupid staff ( the one in the photo), he started asking me some weird question never heard in any hotels before , such as: purpose of stay, where you will go after ,what you work for.. with very bossy tone ..
After everything finished, his coulleague (maybe intern) gave me the roomm key and the guy he just turn to other guest .. no information about floor , about breakfast time which floor the restaurant,nothing ..
- another story the breakfast: I payed 500 RMB for this hotel it means expensive for this kind of cities and this type of 3 stars hotels .. I went to breakfast litteraly is nothing first time in my life see restaurant without coffee machine and serve powder coffee on a pot , one kind of juice also powder juice difficult to drink it no tast, one kind of bread toast bad quality, little cakes ..
The cashier guy he is the one making the noodles , so forget about hygiene & safety and cooking standard such as mask and hairnet etc.. ,the cooking noodles counter has items under such as office stuff in cooking area ..
It was very funny experience .. I was planning to stay more days but I changed my mind and change the hotel, by the way I'm staying in hotel now they asked me for nothing taking photo of my passport, that's it .
Diffenetly, I will send email to headquarters of ACCOR to complain about this low level hotel standard except the room ...

Very clean hotel, close to airport, room is big enough, except very little smoking smell which is typical of hotel in northeast China and much better than other hotels; I love the free laundry and BF, laundry provide detergent plus dryer, BF is rich including both western and Chinese style, fruit, drink, toast, egg, sausage and Chinese soup, vegetables, dumplings, noodles, and more. The BF may not as many options as 4 stars hotel but definitely good enough and fresh and clean.
