Ulasan Pullman Dali

Saya telah menginap di Pullman Hotel di Dali selama 2 malam. Saya sangat terkesan dengan layanan staf, terutama Tn. Edison. Pada hari kedatangan saya, koper saya rusak. Ia dapat memberi tahu saya di mana saya dapat membeli yang baru, dan ia juga mengurus koper saya dan membawanya ke kamar saya ketika kamar sudah siap. Ia selalu memberi tahu saya dan melayani saya dengan baik. Staf lainnya juga sangat membantu. Mereka dapat berkomunikasi dengan saya dengan baik, dan menyediakan layanan lain, seperti sarapan, memanggilkan taksi ke tempat tujuan saya, membuka dan menutup pintu mobil untuk saya. Mereka menunjukkan banyak perhatian. Saya sangat terkesan. Jika saya datang berkunjung ke sini lagi, saya pasti akan memilih Pullman Hotel.

Nice clean room and up to the international standard. A bit far from local attractions but great to have a jog by Erhai Lake with secure environment.

Location is near to airport. Very helpful front desk staff. A bit disappointed for the dinning restaurant is closing too early and the Luna Bar only serve light snack and drinks.

All in all a lovely hotel with very helpful staff. Soraya and King were very helpful and responsive. A few things to note about the hotel: 1. Happy hour is not a buffet style meal. You have to order. 2. 30 mins to Dali ancient town and an hour away to Xizhou ancient town. 3. The hotel restaurants are both really good. 4. Book lake view room 5. Afternoon tea is lovely

I strongly recommend this hotel ! The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the atmosphere is fantastic. My wife loves this place, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our vacation. We were happy and relaxed throughout our stay. The hotel reception and staff are very welcoming and provide excellent service.

Amazing hotel at a perfect location, with a great room with an even greater view. Extraordinary guest service and after-service by Soraya. Highly recommended!

Very good hotel, it is close to train station. The attractions old town and east side of lake are further. The gym and amenities are beautiful, breakfast was delicious, we appreciated the cookies from Mona, excellent service.

Travel with big families and lucky to choose the pullman hotel which has convenient locations, accessible to most of the attractions near the erhai lake. The hotel is very new with fabulous lake view to enjoy the erhai and also xing sheng bridge . We dined in twice for dinner at level 5 grand Chinese restaurant. The food quality is above average and price reasonable with additional 10% off for hotel guests.

Very comfort stay , the room is spacious and clean , very helpful front desk . During I check in the front desk help to upgrade the room , maybe this is not the peak season

The hotel was near to 大理train station so was easy for us after a late arrival. It was near to 洱海lake and the environment was very nice and clean. Highly recommended

The accommodation is better than we expected and sooo comfortable! Staff Nico was doing was great job for servicing to provide us a smooth experience.

Great amenities with modern room design. Glad to be back to hotels after series of homestays in lijiang and shangrila. Great service, Edison went the extra mile to help call the taobao delivery guys cuz we did not have a china number. Centrally located between the east and west coast. Great for people who do not want to change hotels, else recommend staying in the east and west on separate days to save travel time.

The stay experience is very good, this hotel is very good, and our butler Susie service is also great.

We had 3 persons staying in one room but everything in the bathroom has only 2.This is despite reminding t them that we need to have 3 sets.
