Very comfort stay , the room is spacious and clean , very helpful front desk . During I check in the front desk help to upgrade the room , maybe this is not the peak season

We had a wonderful short stay at Pullman Dali. Everything was quick and smooth from checking in and out. The location was great as it is not too far from the Railway Station and is just opposite the Lake Cruise port. Room was really nice and clean too. The staff upgraded our rooms to the ones facing the Erhai Lake. On our last day, we had to leave early for the train, and it was raining heavily. It was difficult for us to get a car and the staff, Eleven (if I am not wrong) helped to book a taxi using her own phone and did not accept any payment. Really thankful for their excellent service and would recommend others to stay here. I would definitely come back to stay if I come to visit Dali again.

This is a five star hotel. The view from our room is strikingly beautiful. The staffs are very kind and attentive . Truly a 5 star hotel. The hotel is new and have many high tech stuff. The breakfast is surprisingly good. We stayed at intercontinental Kunming before but think that the breakfast here is lowkey better. Love the guoqiao mixian and guihuabing.

It’s the first trip for my family and I to Dali and we truly enjoyed our stay here. The location of Pullman Dali was perfect - it is conveniently located near to Dali railway station and it overlooks the Erhai lake. The rooms were spacious and the cleaning staff did a good job at keeping the rooms very clean. We had a small hiccup with one of the rooms on the first night but the front desk staff were helpful and quick to resolve it. All the staff were helpful with any questions and recommendations to places of interest. Special mention to Herman who has been accommodating, and extremely attentive and helpful throughout our stay! The arrangement of printout of the photos taken during our stay was a very sweet and nice token. Furthermore, he went above and beyond by helping to arrange the delivery of something that we accidentally left behind. Overall our stay was enjoyable and I would highly recommend Pullman Dali to anyone looking for comfort and quality!

Dali was a relatively unfamiliar name to me. From the temporary station in Dali to the entrance of the Pullman Hotel, everything seemed indistinguishable from other small to medium-sized cities. However, during my two-day stay at this hotel, I encountered the attentive Beata at the front desk, the ever-smiling and enthusiastic Felix in the lobby, and the kind-hearted driver Xiao Bao. They truly made me feel at home. Thanks to the recommendations of Felix and Beata, we were fortunate to have Xiao Bao as our guide for a day trip around Erhai Lake. Like many other tourists, we admired Cangshan Mountain, enjoyed the views of Erhai, tasted Xi Zhou Baba, got sunburnt, and took some mediocre photos—memories that might fade over time. Perhaps I won’t often recall the stories Xiao Bao shared about the history of the Dali Kingdom, the transformation of Yunnan’s war god into a mythical creature, or the customs of the Bai people’s weddings, the local treasures, and peculiarities. But what Xiao Bao left us with was a deeper connection and more unforgettable memories. I will remember how Xiao Bao passionately and vividly introduced his hometown to us. I will remember how he diligently and safely drove us for nine hours in one day, enduring the scorching sun while showing us the scenic spots around Erhai. He gave us a beautiful day. He added warmth and color to Cangshan and Erhai, bringing out an unparalleled shade of blue, perhaps the same deep indigo blue that the Bai people cherish. Though our two days in Dali were short, they were filled with meaning, leaving me with a sense of longing as I departed. I believe I will remember Dali for a long time, and I will fondly think of the people I met here. I hope Dali’s sun is gentle, so Xiao Bao’s sensitive skin feels more comfortable. Thank you, Xiao Bao, and the Pullman staff who took care of us these past two days. Dali, I will often think of you. Because of you all, this place is truly wonderful and beautiful and memorable.

This should be the best hotel in Dali. But it's because of the very personal service that the concierge gave. Coco went way beyond her responsibilities to meet our requests and even offer more than what we asked for. She always reponded to our weChat text very quickly. Coco really deserves to be rewarded. It reflects a good culture in the hotel as other staff are also very helpful. It really made our stay in Dali memorable. Location of the hotel is also very good; just opposite the cruise terminal and a short walk to many restaurants. The view of the lake from the room is really nice. Breakfast is also good and extensive. If I ever visit Dali again, I will surely stay at Pullman again, and look for Coco.

Great location in downtown Dali, though a distance from the old town and Xizhou, Shuanglang and ChongShengSi. Hotel was new and facilities generally well maintained. Great sights from the pool and gym though we didn’t get a chance to use it. Impeccable service from the front desk and concierge - they were helpful in introducing the area, helping with luggage and delivery, as well as providing great transport advice and food recommendations. Special mention to Edison for the great advice.

Overall, the services is excellent. The view from the hotel room is very nice and you also can enjoy the night view from the roof top too. We also order some delivery from the hotel using Meituan apps and the hotel arrange the robot deliver the food & drinks to us. We also enjoy the bath tub inside the hotel room with our moon cake from Lush. In terms of the breakfast, it’s a lot of variety to choose and highly recommend to enjoy it early (7am) to avoid crowded guests.

Pullman is an awesome, clean, modern and comfortable hotel. The staff is nice, the rooms are big and clean, the breakfast is very tasty. I mean, for the price you pay, it's reasonable. If you are in Dali, go to this hotel. Only negative side: it's far away from the older cities. 30 mins with the car from Old Dali.
