Hotel staff was very helpful with our massive luggages and facilitated early check in. Room was clean, comfortable and luxurious. Of course, the view is amazing and is a very relaxing place to be. Bed was really comfortable as well! Hotel staff remained responsive via wechat throughout our stay. We had a lovely time here and wish we could extend our stay!

We had an amazing experience staying at Aranya Hotel in Dali! The highlight of the property is definitely the breathtaking sea view—it's absolutely stunning. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The host provided helpful recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to all the attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Dali with an incredible sea view. can't wait to return

This boutique hotel is located in a quiet and upscale neighborhood. All rooms have a large balcony with panoramic views of the Erhai Lake and Dali city. The amenities are excellent. Rooms are very clean and beautifully furnished with a modern touch. They offer a set menu of breakfast with two options: Chinese or western. Both are delicious. One can order additional portions of anything on the menu for free. The breakfast comes with multiple coffee options. There is an on-site restaurant offering delicious Thai style food for lunch and dinner. Staff members are super friendly and helpful. They offer free airport or train station pickup and drop offs. Also help guests arrange rental cars, photography sessions, etc. They helped us hire a car and driver, which was an excellent way to do a day-trip around the Erhai Lake. One thing to note is that I speak Chinese and I’m handy with using Chinese ride hailing apps. Since the hotel is located on the top of a hill, I would recommend taking a taxi or hail a ride going back (there is a shortcut going down the hill to the lake front). My family stayed for five nights at Aranya and very much enjoyed it. Would definitely want to stay there again on our next trip to Dali. Special thanks to manager Mr. Yang for arranging everything for us and for taking such great care of everyone!

The hotel is situated toward the top of a hill, which gives and excellent view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Being that the terrace faces the sea, the room is private as can be due to the inability for others to look inside. Everything was extremely clean and all staff members were especially helpful. This was by far the best hotel we’ve stayed in in as far back as one can remember! Not only would we stay here again, but are also looking forward to our next visit here.

Airport/station pick-up: At 9:24 pm, after booking the room, the housekeeper called me and asked if a car could be arranged to pick me up, as it was very close. The housekeeper said it was too late to arrange a car, so I had to take a taxi myself. Then my friend also booked a room, and when he saw that two rooms were booked, he agreed to arrange a car to pick me up. Facilities: As shown in the picture, the facilities are very simple, there are no tea bags, coffee capsules, and bathrobes Environment: It is far from the sea, on a hillside, the scenery is quite unsatisfactory. If you want to see Erhai Lake, it is recommended to go to Shuanglang Ancient Town. This place is really far behind and not as beautiful as a park in a normal city Service: My friend and I each booked a room. My friend checked out and renewed his room at around 9 o'clock in the morning. The housekeeper opened the door and came in at 9:10. What the hell, a housekeeper just opened the door and came in. It's really outrageous, outrageous to the extreme. I was a girl sleeping in the bed and was completely awakened. I wrote that I would check out at 12 noon, but the housekeeper came to open your room door early in the morning. The solution was to say sorry and send a bottle of orange juice. Thank you very much Environment: The bathroom in the lobby, the aromatherapy is empty, and the hand sanitizer is covered with dust.

The service was very good, the staff was very enthusiastic and helped with the luggage. Airport pick-up and drop-off were arranged, afternoon tea and drinks were free. The environment was also very good, sea view room. The stay was relatively short this time, I will come again if I have the chance.

The room is spacious, well-equipped, and has a great view. The large balcony offers a full sea view. I am very satisfied with this stay! The room is very nice, clean and tidy, and the layout is also very good. It is high-end and stylish, and can be intelligently controlled, which is very convenient! We booked the Lanwang SPA Bathtub Cinema Suite. The space is very large with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The round sea view bathtub faces Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake. The luxurious configurations in the room are all high-end brands, including King Koil mattress, Duravit smart toilet, L'Occitane toiletries, etc. The infinity pool at the bar downstairs faces Erhai Lake and the shadow of the clouds, and the feeling of the sea and sky are one color. My friends thought that vacationing in Bali was really a photo shoot every minute~ There are also bird's nest sofas and sunken leisure areas downstairs. It is also a leisure bar at night, and cocktails can be delivered to the room, which is very considerate. After coming to this homestay, I don't want to go out to the Erhai Lake line. I can directly avoid the crowd and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Erhai Lake alone.
