Great location, comfortable bad and shower and very nice and kind stuff. I got there on the first night in DaLi, it was late, around midnight, and they were waiting for me and also direct me to where I can find food.
Apparently they looked the doors to the compound at night and you need to call them to open, this is safe but a bit uncomfortable.

位置還可以，在古城邊緣，有地下停車場。服務也還行，介紹遊玩訊息很詳細。但是有兩點我必須要提出質疑：1.住的院子和辦理入住的不是同一個院子，給人的感覺特別不好，感覺好像在一個大店交了錢，就會帶進一個貨不對板的小店一樣。好在雪院環境還可以，房間也還比較寬敞，我們就同意入住了。我建議，如果訂的雪院，就在雪院辦理入住，安排人在雪院提供管理服務，而不是一個無人看管的，需要任何東西或者找人都要到別的院去。2. 辦理入住時，提出要看我的訂單，我打開訂單後，直接拿走我的手機，放在桌子下面，我説了三次“把我的手機還給我，如果要看什麼訊息，我來給你們看”，才很不情願的把我手機給我。原來是想要看我的攜程ID，因為網絡不好，一直沒打開。我猜測是怕我給差評後聯繫，雖然我也沒打算給差評，並且這也衹是我的猜測。但是這種私自拿走我的手機，想看我訊息的行為，已經違規並觸犯底線了吧。如果是入住正常需要的訊息，可以大方告訴我，我會展示給你們。這種管理理念應該要好好糾正！

雖然因為行程住了一晚，但是真的很好，特別是客服小董，我半夜讓她幫我拿一個充電插頭，她很熱情。儘管讓春節，但是依然不影響他們的服務，還有專門的停車位，另外住進去，就會幫我們講解關於洱海的路線。

差評是衝著服務去的，房間也就那樣有點小，去了大理那麼多次第一次住酒店寫評論，酒店幫忙挪車的時候把車門碰到了一點，很明顯的新痕跡和酒店柱子的牆皮，死鴨子嘴硬，讓我們先走説調了監控能看出來，結果後面發出來的調監控啥也證明不了，剛好車門那個位置看不出來，衹能看到他開的時候離的很近，踫沒碰到也證明不了。知道我們出來玩的沒時間找交警去處理也就不了了之了。回來想想還是生氣，搞得誰栽贓他們一樣，是不是在酒店剮蹭的心裏沒數嗎？更何況後面我看了車身並沒有凹，也不用進行啥處理，承認和道歉有那麼難？這家店直接拉黑拜拜
