很好的一次入住體驗，值班經理Alice服務態度很專業，前台服務態度非常好，特別熱情，做到了酒店專業標準，開業多年設施設備依然在線，不像網上説的那麼誇張，酒店環境優美，在大理沒得説得絕對點雙倍贊

環境：酒店大廳面向洱海，視覺觀感很好，很推薦，也有延伸花園，晚上吹風很舒服
服務：管家很貼心，會準備攻略和避坑，臨時要進行升房，然後延遲處理地很快
設施：可以看出來有些年份，但還是很整潔，地理位置離大理古城/龍龕碼頭/床單廠/索道都很近

雖然酒店有點年頭，但品牌酒店建築還是很大氣，尤其是剛進酒店大堂，很氣派，站在外面可以直麪洱海，視野很棒，還有一股股桂花的清香味道，房間衞生很乾凈。值得二刷的酒店！酒店裡餐廳味道也不錯，早餐也很豐富！

作為老牌五星酒店，希爾頓的設施和景色不錯，位置稍偏，在半山腰，附近吃飯可選擇的不多，自駕比較方便。房間住的比較舒適，適合在陽台發發呆。想吐槽的一點是，行政酒廊真的不好找，入口處不僅昏暗，還弄了個大黑門，我以為沒有路了，試着一推居然推開了，就不能弄亮堂點麼？

視野和風景是沒得説的。設施設備來之前已經有了心理準備，但還是落差很大，其中游泳池是我見過最不乾淨的，下水之後身上感覺一層油。還有就是服務一般般，住店的時候旅拍體驗券不問就不給，離店的時候一瓶礦泉水都拿不出，讓人大跌眼鏡。

酒店位置很棒 在蒼山半山腰上 離感通索道 蒼山植物園 鳳陽邑 麗舍莊園等都很近！背枕蒼山 面朝洱海 景色很棒！酒店也大氣，我們連住6晚，額外送了2個小朋友的早餐！房間的話，就是比較普通的標間！但是總得來説，很棒，如果下次來，還會住！PS：週末晚上酒店還組織篝火晚會，小朋友非常開心

I love the blend of oriental and modernist architecture in this hotel. The expansive lake surrounding the property gives it a serene, almost palace-like atmosphere. Each block’s lobby features a beautifully landscaped, Japanese-style garden that I truly admired. The breakfast spread was also a highlight, generous and beautifully presented.
