設施：很完備，備品品質品牌還可以，健身房很小沒有啞鈴凳龍門架，不過無可厚非了。拖鞋非常舒服可以帶走，再需要新的需要付費，房間內設備非常齊全，可以告訴管家提前準備加濕器，暖風機很貼心。晚上有甜湯，還有夜床服務擺了可愛的小羊毛巾。Bose音響還有mini4平板，電視還不錯，陽台絕佳，紗窗推門防蚊蟲很到位
衞生：很不錯，死角都沒發現什麼污垢，清掃很到位，乾淨舒服
環境：可太好了，就沖這個來的，前有洱海背靠蒼山，不出去就在酒店度假也值得躺三四天，周圍有別墅小區，沿路各種鮮花盛開品種都很豐富，審美很好，風景宜人
服務：管家服務很周到，基本微信秒回，感冒也會準備薑茶，幫忙拿行李，記得飲食習慣，超級體貼但是很有邊界感，相處舒適有度。
接下來吐槽：酒店內用餐住客沒有任何優惠，對比其他凱悦系等五星這一點讓人很不適。還有15%服務費，**有85折優惠券需要在入賬之前購買也沒有提前説明，離店時詢問才曉得，這一點讓人很不爽。全程開開心心度假，服務貼心到位，最後結賬臨走感覺很不爽！！！⚠️平時不愛寫評價，因為以上這一點一定要説一説了

符合slh奢華酒店的定位，入住體驗感特別好。
設施：酒店公區氛圍天花板，房間維護也很好，本次入住球場景觀房，房間很大，室外是高爾夫球場草坪很綠。
衞生：每天打掃很乾凈。
環境：位於蒼海高爾夫度假區內，每天呼吸新鮮空氣。
服務：工作人員服務特別到位，管家有問必答，接送的楊師傅特別熱情，大大點贊。早餐品質非常不錯。

總體體驗還是超預期的，細節做得比較到位。比如晚安甜品是熱乎的，早餐是現做的，這兩點很多酒店都做不到。夜床服務也是挺細緻，包括順便清理垃圾，床邊放一次性腳墊等等。另外工作人員都挺熱情，有求必應，給我們單獨提供古城接送服務，希望繼續保持品質，下次再帶家裡人過來。

非常好，符合slh的標準，整體服務基本無可挑剔。缺點兩個，一是酒店的位置在蒼山，節假日出行堵車可以堵的懷疑人生，10公里路通行時間2小時。二是酒店是別墅區改造的，單個房間的空調和地暖外機比較響。

酒店雖然不大，但是真的各個方面做的都超級到位，淡季還升級了房型。尤其是酒店的餐廳點餐，超級好吃，尤其是那個烏雞爪，餐廳的食材能吃出來是**的，特別新鮮，品質也好。尤其是工作人員Jacky楊航，服務態度特別的好。
