Dali Fan Chen Sea View Resort Hotel(Erhai store)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Secuil Surga di Danau Erhai! Jika Anda mencari pengalaman Dali yang tak terlupakan, Fanchen Banshan Hotel di Desa Wenbi adalah tempat yang sempurna! Bangun pagi dengan pemandangan perairan biru kehijauan Erhai dan Pegunungan Cangshan yang diselimuti kabut dari lantai hingga langit-langit, rasanya seperti tinggal di dalam lukisan. Kamar-kamarnya memadukan estetika etnik Bai dengan kenyamanan modern dengan sangat apik – bayangkan lantai kamar mandi yang dipanaskan dan pencahayaan yang dikendalikan suara. Jangan lewatkan sesi mengamati bintang di atap gedung dan menu bebek asap teh khas mereka! Sepiring buah segar membuat kami benar-benar dimanjakan. Lebih dari sekadar hotel, di sinilah impian perjalanan menjadi kenyataan!

First off service was 10/10. The staff were super attentive and hospitable, and were able to help with a variety of requests. The attention and care was more aligned with a luxury Japanese Ryokan versus a typical big hotel chain. The facilities were 10/10 as well. Could not find a speck of dirt anywhere, even in the corners of the room or on the balcony. I was also a big fan of the White Lotus-esque island retreat vibe on the interior. The room layout I chose in particular on the 4th floor had both incredible views as well as a cozy and spacious interior. Dinner and afternoon tea were nice as well — enjoyed a big spread of local dishes in our room, which was again reminiscent of a Ryokan stay. Flavor-wise expect more of a home cooked meal than fine dining. Communication-wise, English speakers won’t have any problem arranging the stay or handling any issues that come up during. Lastly I’ll call out the hotel-affiliated photographer who did a *great* job — my girlfriend and I got some really nice shots around the property and in our room.

Wonderful, attentive service, delicious dinner and breakfast, spacious rooms, and of course, a breathtaking view of Erhai Lake. My family truly enjoyed our stay. Although we were only able to stay for one night, we very much look forward to returning in the future.

We had the most wonderful 3 nights staying at the Fan Chen hotel. Highly recommend to pay a visit. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated with amazing lake views. Breathtaking waking up and overlooking the water every morning. The staff were so kind and attentive. There was delicious complementary breakfast, afternoon tea everyday and a welcome dinner the first night. Food was really local and fresh. The lobby and tearoom has spectacular views and we could not get enough. Pictures can’t do this place justice, you have to see it for yourself. This was truly one of the top hotel experiences we’ve had in China!

Exceptional service that surpasses any luxury hotel I’ve experienced worldwide. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. They went above and beyond by not only offering complimentary transfer from the railway station and even arrange our transfer to the next hotel. Our room provided a serene view of Erhai and Cangshan, offering a peaceful retreat away from the crowds. The hot tub and fireplace added the perfect touch, making our stay even more memorable. The hotel is family-friendly and can accommodate young children, though due to the water facilities, it’s important to keep a close eye on them for safety. Be sure to reach out to the hotel via WeChat—they’re very responsive. Highly recommended!

Service is good, food is even better. Expensive but worth the price. Can be better if the projector in the room works better. There is no wall to cast the projector on. Soaking tub was not very clean so I didn’t use it.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much at Fan Chen Sea View Resort in Dali from 22nd March to 24th March,2026. The room is spacious, tastefully done , very comfortable and clean. View from our room is simply breathtaking; overlooking Erhai and mountains behind. We booked a room that has a nice soaking tub at the balcony and a cute fireplace to warm us in the evening. The tub was clean and the resort staff even helped us to run the water, keeping it at a constant warm temperature . We were served with a Complimentary Afternoon Tea in the our room, beautifully presented and delicious; shortly after we checked in. We also had a very nice and quiet dinner on our first night. The whole resort gives us a very tranquil and warm feeling; especially returning from a full day of site seeing.. Our comfort and our needs are all well taken care of by the staff here. The impeccable service from the staff in Fan Chen completes our wonderful stay in Dali. Wishing we could have put in more days to stay here for our Yunnan Hoildays. We will come back when we visit Dali again.

Their service is excellent and located in a quiet neighborhood, the view of my room is fantastic and face to Erhai lake,  we enjoyed the view and delicious breakfast every day, will recommend this place for you :)

Stunning property, impeccable service. Food is also surprisingly delicious. Not many rooms so feels very private. Thank you for the lovely stay!
