Ulasan Spirited Silky Inn（ncient Dali City）

We loved this hotel! It was so mystical being in this hotel. The rooms were immaculate and big enough to cater to two big luggage. The shower area came with heater so you don’t feel cold after switching off the water supply! They provide good amenities as well! The toothbrushes and shower gel were of excellent quality. The breakfast prepared is excellent! I am still thinking about the 米线 as it was just so delicious. Our hotel package came with free pick-up or drop off service as well as a free costume experience situated within the hotel. We ended up getting a package so we may go and have some photos taken! The make up artist and photographer were very knowledgeable and friendly. Location-wise, it’s a short distance to the ancient town. The hotel itself is situated at a corner which could make it difficult for Didi drivers to know where to alight. However, it’s actually quite easy to walk in from the main road. That said, we had to leave the hotel before staying the last night as they had a power outage that lasted for the entire day. We had thought it’ll be resolved as we’ll be travelling around Dali Ancient Town, but it still wasn’t when we arrived back late at night. This caused some inconvenience as there was no lights nor heater. The outage was only solved the following day after we left! They could’ve provided us with some back up options to head to another hotel or something as that would be good service recovery.

The room so called vip surprise is a bit small, the room decoration is quite nice and the cleanliness is superb. The hotel location is a bit tricky and very difficult to find for travellers. The Google Map was unable to show you the exact location but it is within 50m radius, the hotel is located behind the 1st row shop houses and beside the local market. You can see it from the local market but it has no access to the hotel. A proper signage should be planted to guide the tourists to the hotel as we wasted almost 30 minutes searching for the hotel where it is only 50 meter away from our drop of area.

The location is just outside Dali Ancient City, walking distance to Ancient City and travel to other places is convenient by taxi. Easy access to lots of restaurants and stores outside the main road. The hotel is not big but is very beautiful and very special. The front desk and customer service are top-notch and helpful! Breakfast is good and nice. The rooms are clean, have nice beds and are quiet.

Very beautiful hotel located near the South gate of Dali ancient town. Lots of food nearby & easy to get arround.

This is a very nicely decorated hotel, with the traditional Bai style interiors. It offers the free airport or train station transfer, a free tea ticket and the ethnic costume rental.

My daughter's room wasn't clean properly The housekeeping of the day did not replace the floor towel & face towels and just re-fold it without cleaning for re-use. She suspected someone had meddled with her luggage numbers lock as the original set numbers were randomly changed Breakfast brewed coffee was limited & not kept warm in the pot.

Nice decorations and clean/ tidy room. Service is good. Staffs are helpful. Valuable price.

Overall quite a pleasant stay, the location was a little confusing as it got two entrances and there one of which you have to walk past the carpark and find the side door which is a bit hidden and I only managed to find it through contacting the staff. Luckily the hotel has really good customer service, they came out to pick me up and helped me with luggage as well. I would especially like to give credit to this guy name 小涂 which actually helped me out at around 11pm even after his shift as I couldn't find the way back to the hotel and the short cut side door from the carpark will lock after 10pm.

強烈推薦，環境氛圍是沒得説，特別是中間的那個魚池，你可以坐在旁邊邊吃飯，邊欣賞裏面養的錦鯉，床鋪乾淨舒服，早餐菜色中西合併的，當天吃的時候，右桌坐的韓國人，盤子有一大堆，跟我拼桌的是馬來人，評價都説蠻不錯的，服務周到，特別是有個叫小劉的帥哥，下次有機會還會入住

房型：一樓單間20-25平方米左右，設計比較緊湊，沒有乾濕分離。 衞生：一般當天下午四點才有保潔員收垃圾 交通：在箱子裏面，路口下車可以走一百多米就到 飲食：訂的房間包含早餐，自助的，還行吧 晚上空調有時候會自動開關，有點熱，不是很吵。送有民族服飾體驗券，有一壺下午茶。裏周邊碼頭景點五公里左右，古城1-2公里。 非淡季兩三百一晚，周邊街道很多吃的，好評 服飾體驗丨全場古服、民族服裝體驗 :不錯

真是驚艷的一間酒店，裝潢考究而細節又是很完美，床品好乾凈，連衞生間的小擺件都愛不釋手，很有品味，住了兩天，感到無比舒適，心情很愉悦，整個酒店都是全木質的，太有大理特色，還能體驗酒店的漢服民族服裝，小慧小姐姐很有耐心，我們回憶起來都是美好的！感謝有這麼好的酒店給我們的旅程帶來愉快的心情！

Un hotel in posizione centrale ma molto tranquillo. Bello, elegante, curato. La camera spaziosa, letto comodissimo con lenzuola di ottima qualità, bagno fornito di tutto. Gentilezza e disponibilità per risolvere ogni esigenza. Simpatico il servizio gratuito di prova degli abiti tradizionali cinesi, di ogni epoca e regione, con un piccolo extra anche servizio fotografico.

有洗衣房，帶烘乾功能的洗衣機，出來玩洗衣特別方便。還提供了一次性刮鬍刀。房間乾淨整潔，前台服務好，設施齊全且很新，空調效果很棒。環境好，停車方便，水景設計很好，漂亮，給前台小畢點贊。
