Salah satu hotel terbaik yang pernah kami tinggali. Semuanya sangat baik, layanannya sangat baik, semua pilihan sudah termasuk (transfer, foto, teh sore, hadiah). Pemandangan dari kamar benar-benar menakjubkan, sarapannya adalah yang terbaik yang pernah kami dapatkan di Cina sejauh ini. Saya berharap saya bisa memesan lebih banyak hari di hotel ini.

The hotel is our highlight of the trip for its beautiful view and friendly and attentive staff! The room we stayed has a bathtub and balcony to enjoy the beautiful Erhai. The room is super clean and comes with all necessary amenities. Special shout out to all the staff there who provided superb customer service that made us so welcomed!

We recently stayed at a hotel in Dali, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The room was simply unbeatable – spacious, well-designed, and incredibly comfortable. The view from the room was breathtaking, offering stunning vistas that truly enhanced the overall experience. The breakfast provided each morning was delightful, with a wide range of fresh and delicious options. I also thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon tea, a perfect touch for a relaxing break during the day. The hotel went above and beyond by offering snacks along with the afternoon tea, and I especially loved the midnight cookie and milk – such a cozy, thoughtful addition. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and responsive, always eager to assist with any requests. It was clear they prioritized guest satisfaction, which made the stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay in Dali, I highly recommend this hotel – it truly exceeded my expectations in every way.

Love the hotel, this hotel is so clean when i tried to wipe the surfaces I needed to touch in the room. Service is super good and ALL the staffs are very friendly and helpful. They can bring the breakfast to your room, at night provides warm milk. Really love everything here in this hotel, scenery is also the best.

Very beautiful small boutique hotel with clean new rooms. View from the suite is excellent. The service is really caring and attentive. Minibar refill is a great option. Breakfast has good coffee and omelettes. Location is close fro the airport but far from other Dali attractions.

Highly recommend - Room view is amazing, location not too far from Dali Santorini, staff and boss were super friendly and nice service is superb. On the day we check out while waiting for dinner at restaurant n driver, we were chatting with the boss who treated us to his tea collection. We got a small souvenir from the hotel itself which is really very sweet of them. food is not bad too canton cuisine. Understand fr boss the chefs were specially hired from 5star hotels Guangzhou. Their breakfast spread is amazing! Wide variety! Will definitely return to stay if back to Dali ❤️

Apartment had a truly beautiful view that was beyond our expectation. Staffs were very welcoming, approachable and assisted us with our requests. Room was clean, spacious and even had a Marshall! Will definitely come back again :)
