I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was very accommodating, and the food was delicious. Definitely worth it!

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The team here truly knows how to make guests feel special. Comfortable and well-equipped, our room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable!

Location is perfect as it is very close to city centre. Food is very delicious and very nominal charges. Service is quick and staff is very cooperative and friendly.

Place is good and staff is also well supportive. We had an issue with the intercom on our first day and when we told them that it is not working and we have to come to the reception for everything then they immediately sort out that

Location is good and very near to mall road. Our room was on 3rd floor and no lift. Will be problematic for elderly people. Rooms are missing some key amenities like kettle. We have to ask hot water multiple times during our stay. We requested for room heater several time and after that we got one. Overall stay is average but i want to mention again that mall road is very near

Stayed at super deluxe room. Good room, excellent view and a peaceful property. Location couldn’t be better. Maybe little more display of warmth to guests will help the hotel get top rating.
