Very poor service, room not ready at check in time. We have to wait some time, they don't offer a glass of water. Not recommended. Reception staff is not professional.

The hotel is clean and parking is available. The food taste is below average. Property is not too far from gandhi chowk however kids find it difficult to visit gandhi chowk by walk. The view from the room is awesome.

The stay was average. Good: 1-views from room, 2-infrastructure of room
Not so good:1- very low on staff, very poor services, contact tel no is not correctly given
2- restaurant is very poorly managed, answer to most of things is "not available"
3- Toiletries not given
4- no facility at rooftop
5- location is not good as need to walk uphill to reach market

Although the rooms are ok but the breakfast option is very limited and they don’t put any buffet. You have to order and have your breakfast and options are limited to some fruits, eggs, bread and parathas. View from room is great

Best view of the mountains and a beautiful room. Service was excellent though training required. Always smiles and guidance given. Ready to apply whatever necessary for improvement. Special thanks to Rajiv and Rishi and Rahul. Hope the hotel expands and maintains quality in the days to come. Happy experience

Over all room hotel & room service is very good. We have book room with balcony 305. Which is having excellent view of valley & himalayan range. Only negative thing is in break fast no juice no fruit also food item is not as per breakfast deal

Room size is small, poor food quality, amenities which are provided by seasons not up to the mark. Kettle was not working. Overall it's not priceworthy.

I stayed here during my business trip. The best part of this property is It's located in a very nice place and view from room is really amazing. Most of the room got a nice view and Mountain View. It's a nice cosy hotel in Dalhousie. They have safe parking area. A nice well-behaved staff and good food. What else you need in such a beautiful place to make you staymemorable.
